My absolute favorite was the chicken wings with tamarind sauce (to die for), which were top notch. The pho was insanely delicious as well- the bowl was filled with copious amounts of noodles and beef balls, great flavor.
A shoutout to the hard working staff, they seemed to be family owned. They were kind and attentive, and we will definitely be back!
Extremely reasonable prices and I cannot wait to return and try more of the food on offer in this wonderful restaurant.
Excellent food, excellent service. Atmosphere varies.
Placed directly on arrival, almost no waiting time for ordering either. Service was extremely fast from ordering to being served and pick-up once done.
There are meals for all tastes, all coming with quantity, quality and sauce. Meat is well cooked and well balanced with vegetables. Vegetables are fresh and tasty.
Went there twice, enjoyed the dinner, once as group of 3, once as a couple, both quality times. Atmosphere is excellent upstairs, a bit more noise downstairs. Never too crowded on both times despite going on Friday and Saturday.
Will definitely return.
We arrived at 11:55am and still 5 mins before it opened. We looked at the menu outside and then a waitress switched the closed to open. This we went in and sat down. We felt a bit hot because the store just opened. Another waitress came in at noon. When she helped us to order food, she said she would open window. Then she said the store normally opened at noon. They saw us outside so they opened a bit earlier for me. I have not complained anything at all and just need some fresh air. Also we didn’t ask them to open five minutes earlier for us. I have no clues why she was unhappy and thought we seem to cause issues here.
This is one of my favourite Vietnamese restaurants anywhere. The food is fresh, tasty, decently priced, and the portions are very generous. All the pho varieties I tried were delicious, and so was the chicken salad. Besides, they also serve Vietnamese drip coffee. The only thing that’s missing is chè.
Service is quick and friendly. The restaurant is not too noisy, but it’s quite small. Overall, I’d highly recommend it for a casual lunch / dinner and I’ll be happy to come back next time I’m in Dublin.
Warm bowl not hot
Plain and not natural beef broth, beef broth is dark color as well
Lemon not lime
One-single use and short pair of chopsticks not real and long one
Tiny, short spoon to eat soup
If you eat a real Pho, you know what I mean.
No doubt why only me is Vietnamese when I was there My first time and last time, I always eat the one in Temple Bar street and they have way more better taste. I am sorry, but I feel regret to try it even I can guess their quality from the picture on Google Maps.
