Grand opening Sep 18, 2021 at a second location in up country Waimea, Big Island. It is recommended by an acquaintant who frequent another location in Kopiko Street, Kailua, Kona. Their specialties are Pho or Vietnamese beef noodle. However, other dishes such as rice, egg rolls, vermicelli rice noodles are also served.

Overall, the food was fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced for Hawaii. the only improvements would be less noodle and more shrimp in the shrimp spring rolls, and a little more pork in the mixed bowl. The pork egg roll that came with the bowl was fantastic and filled appropriately. Would definitely go back.

We are FANS and regulars of the ORIGINAL one in Kona.. going at least TWICE a week since it opened.. The one that just opened in Waimea is more spacious the food is just as excellent.. you know it’s AUTHENTIC hand made BROTH from Scratch. My Favorite is the the #7 which basically has EVERYTHING in it that is BEEF, my wife loves the chicken pho.. real chicken soup. It’s the best Pho on the island an the owners are very friendly and they go all out give you the best in every dish… I’ll let the pictures do the talking … I leave no stone unturned !!! .. In Waimea for work. Had an early day and decided to stop in. Ordered my food which came out promptly . What really stood out was the soft shell crab. Sooooo ono!!! My mouth was having a party with the flavors. Hahhaha. Very nice decor and good service. All in all everything was pretty tasty.

Lots of places are closed on Sundays so we had an unplanned meal at Pho Kim An. The Google Maps ratings are right on the money and I recommend with no holds. We had multiple pho dishes and they were all delicious. To nitpick, could use new chairs and table cloths. They look dirty/nasty and don’t match the food.

Ox tail pho. I had another pho as well that was covered in meat. Portions are definitely worth the price and the ambiance of the place is quite nice. I will be back here for sure.
