Extremely delicious. Shrimp summer rolls were fantastic as well as the spicy beef noodle soup and the bbq chicken spring roll vermicelli that we got. We shared everything. The service was very kind and hospitable. We were so happy to be there after a long day out and they offered us a little extra bonus treat for dessert. The local spots are definitely the place to be outside of Waikiki. Come support them! Would totally come back.

Super Small Family-run restaurant, in a bustling area of Waikiki, but totally worth the try and visit. My food orders to-go of different times were just so tasty. Now I know why, the Chefs and Owners do so with Love!

I got the rare steak pho, and chow mein and I really liked everything. The pho broth had a lot of flavor and tasted really comforting, and the meat was fresh and tender.

The chow mein portion was big and tasted great too definitely filling. Overall the food really hit the spot and I’d come here again.

Absolutely delicious authentic food. We had a the vegan pho (tofu, veggies, veggie broth), tofu summer rolls and veggie spring rolls. Other vegan dishes looked equally enticing. Our friends also thoroughly enjoyed the spicy beef pho & classic pho bowls, as well as the local spring rolls.

The atmosphere is exactly what you’d expect and want from a hole in the wall pho joint. And the real highlight is the owners who take such pride in their cooking and customer service. They even brought homemade Vietnamese desserts out for us to try at the end of our meal. Highly recommend!

We ordered the vegetable and tofu pho to go from Pho Kapahulu, and it was absolutely amazing! The flavors were fresh, comforting, and perfectly balanced – exactly what we were craving.

What truly made the experience special were the owners. Both the ladies were incredibly humble, warm, and welcoming. Their kindness instantly made me feel at home, and you can tell this is a family-owned restaurant run with genuine love and care.

The place may be small and not the typical “touristy” spot you’d expect in the area, but that’s exactly what makes it so special. It’s authentic, cozy, and full of heart. The food and service are top-notch, and I highly recommend this wonderful little restaurant to anyone looking for real, homestyle Vietnamese flavors. ❤️

This place is a classic pho shop. Simple. Small. With fans blowing, street sounds from Kapahulu Avenue, functional decor, and the best combo when it comes to customer service and cooking: the friendliest woman and a quiet but skilled cook in the kitchen.
We both had pho. Mine was rare steak and I asked her to add beef ball and she did.
Amazing!
Here, the broth is flavorful but not overpowering.
The spring rolls were good as well.
As for the service: Lo and was a superb hostess. Funny. Engaging. Happy.
Parking is tough. So, we slightly cheated. We parked at Safeway, bought groceries, ate pho, and then went back to grab more groceries.
Please visit. You won’t be disappointed!

My wife and I both stated that our dining experience was worth $200, while we only spent $50 for the 2 of us. Our waitress was so helpful and kind. She explained the specials well and gave instruction on how to eat the food for the best experience. This reminded us of an expensive steakhouse feeling. But this is just a mom and pop small chop with big hearts and great food.

Amazingly good food in a cosy, charming and peaceful atmosphere. Old-school classic. Delightful, personable service at this tiny & tidy Vietnamese restaurant.
I loved my clean & flavourful sour soup with perfectly cooked shrimps (canh chua tom), and my dining companion wanted to (but didn’t) drink the sauce that enrobed her peanut curry (spice at a minimal level) with beef. Both dishes came with rice and were perfectly as requested.
