Wow, it’s been five years since I wrote my previous review. Looking at the menu I noticed that the prices have jumped significantly since my first visit to this location. The mixed pho is now 1699 compared to the original price five years ago. Overall, their soup base is rich and not too sweet. I feel that they include the right amount of protein with the noodles. Service is good but sometimes slow. I would check your receipt to see if they automatically tack on the tip. I believe that the menu said all orders had an 18% tip however when I checked my bill, it did not seem to include that so I still gave my obligatory 20% tip. If they did not disclose that the tips was included I definitely would not pay over.

I was really excited to try this place and I will probably not be back. There was no seasoning to anything. The broth was bland, the food was fully cooked but there was no flavor by itself. The actual shrimp and steak was not seasoned as well. I also got the spring rolls & it was bad, too much lettuce (tasted like ice berg lettuce), it wasn’t portion right.

The service was great. Everyone was so nice, respectful and sweet. The food was simply delicious and flavorful we enjoyed the steamed dumplings. I loved the cucumber salad and our pho was just amazing with all of the different flavors everything seemed so fresh. The atmosphere was lovely. It was quiet and enjoyable. I can’t wait to go back!!

We go here regularly, and it is very good! Easily the best Pho place in FW, and they have the best Crab Rangoons I have ever had. The service is rather slow compared to what Americans are used to, but if you have ever been to another country in Asia/Europe, you know that this is normal!

My wife and I really enjoy Asian Cuisine, it’s right up there with Italian, Mexican and Greek. But Pho Indy’s Vietnamese Noodle Soups, Chef Specialties and appetizers make Pho Indy our one of our favorite Asian restaurants in Ft Wayne. My wife says Pho-Indy is her choice for the best Asian soup dishes in Ft Wayne. Parking isn’t an issue and we don’t mind waiting an extra 5-10 min for freshly prepared food that always Pleases the Palate. I promise you will not go just 1 time! I’d be willing to wager you’ll be back MANY times! Enjoy

Finally got a chance to pho Indy. Got a elder gentleman greeted.
They have multiple and various options in the menu. I went with something I ordered mostly at Vietnamese restaurant.
Spring rolls were big. It has multiple ingredients in the roll which is appreciated. Not a big fan of the dipping sauce though.
Crab Rangoon has crispy shell. Not much filling inside, and it doesn’t have much taste itself. But the sweet and sour sauce could solve the problem. Could try.
About the pho, I wouldn’t say I like it.But their pho soup did impress me. I believe pho soup here seasoned with lightly sweetness which is better than strong sweet taste at other places. It’s more like a nicely salty soup. I recommend it to the people that not much into sweet stuff.

It’s really amazing!! Fort Wayne is in the middle of our trip. We search on at Google map and Yelp to find a restaurant for our dinner. So, this one showed in our search. The rating is not too bad but also not the best in the research outputs. In the end, we decide to try this one as the pho looks good. Actually, it is. Their pho is a little sweet but the taste of the soup is great. Mine is the rice noodles with grilled pork without soup. The veggies is fresh. The pork is really well-seasoned. We also like their Thai milk tea with boba. Surprisingly, the taste of the boba is good!!
