Appetizers were all $10 and their pricing are definitely up there (ex: spring roll in my town federal way starts at $7). I’ve tasted better pho. Some part of the pork chop dish was overcook and I find it hard to chew. The bubble tea was amazing though, very well blended and sweet. Pork roll is also delicious with generous peanut sauce. My husband and I will come back again if ever we’re in the area. The server was top notch and attentive to our needs.

MEGA overly priced and felt cheated. Food tasted ok. Get ready to read a novel why I left such a rating. Ordered to-go by my generous father-in-law.
*Large Special Combo Pho – $16, extra noodles $5, total $21!! Received a 3 × 4 small to-go box which held the supposedly LARGE pho with EXTRA noodles, but it only filled an inch and a half of the small box. The next inch held 3 thin slices of raw beef, 4 thin slices of fatty flank, 1 thin slice of tendon, a pinch of green scallions, and maybe 2 pinches of cilantro. At this point, the small box is still only slightly more than half full. You can also see the smaller styrofoam box pictured with 1 small stem of basil with 2 leaves, 1 jalapeño, a small handful of bean sprouts, and no lime. Broth container was only filled 2/3 and held HALF OF A MEATBALL inside REALLY?! OVERALL, broth was slightly watered down, if not for this, the broth would’ve been decent.
*Grilled Pork Banh Mi – $9: They were told it’d be “The best sandwich they’ll ever have,” it wasn’t. It’s slightly smaller than most places in Seattle/Kent/Renton areas and slightly saltier… if not for this as well, then I’d say it was decent. Forgot to take a photo.
*1 Taro Milk Tea, no Boba – $7. Never received it. Received some other wrong kind of tan drink pictured, that thankfully, tasted fine.
*1 Taro Milk Tea with Boba – $7 plus $1.50 for Boba (make sure you ask how much boba cost, this is absurd.) Both drinks were small too, drink cups are about 5 inches tall vs. most places, whose cups are at least 7 inches. The Taro was decent as well, but the expensive small serving of Boba tasted firm and just… yuck.
Everything was bundled in tied bags, so they never checked the contents before leaving (I always do), but they did note how small everything looked. I had to literally rip the bag apart to open.
Overall: 2 “kid’s” drinks, 1 “kid’s” size pho with “extra” noodles, and 1 small ish banh mi? GRAND TOTAL OF $51 AND SOME CHANGE!!!
As thankful as we were for the dinner, if I was the one presently placing the order, the total would’ve caused me to high-tail on out of there… AFTER politely cancelling the order of course.
For those familiar with Vietnamese cuisine, I am here to advise you to take your valued self elsewhere.

If I was rating off of taste alone, it would be at least four stars, however I do take into account the cost of food for what I receive and that knocks several points off.
We’ve lived in the area for over 17 years, and looked forward to the opening of this spot for a very long time (their location used to be a Starbucks, and they took well over a year to open their business)…the taste is superb!!! Literally the absolute best Bahn Mi we have ever had, however, the cost for their food is an absolute joke! We always ask for extra veggies on our Bahn Mi, and they up-charge us $5.75 per sandwich, yet deliver a total of about 30¢ worth of extra veggies! The markup on food here is laughable, and will absolutely be the downfall of this delicious restaurant, should they actually last much longer!
Honestly guys, business101…don’t price yourself out of your market! Your food is amazing, but the cost is a stab in the back to those of us in this community! We want desperately to support our local businesses, but charging nearly $20 for extra veggies is bonkers!

we usually go to Pho Binh Minh but they are closed on Mondays, so we did takeout here. We ordered pho brisket (pictured) and pho rare steak (not pictured).
Cons:
Very small portion.
The brisket was cut way to thin.
Hardly any jalapeños, bean sprouts and basil.
The broth was very fatty.

This pains me to leave a low scoring review for this place because we love their Kent location and have spoken with the owners before and they were so nice to us. But this location just left us feeling disappointed.
We had the pho special and the bun bo hue. The broth from both were very tasty. But sadly the pho was extremely small for the price. They only offer one size for all their soups, so we figured we would get a decent portion for $16. The bowl came out in a size comparable to a small bowl in most places. My wife usually leaves full with the bowl unfinished, but she finished everything, even the soup, and said she was still hungry. For $16, this was extremely disappointing. And the bun bo hue was very flavorful, but was missing traditional ingredients that I love and look for when ordering this dish, like the ham hocks and blood curds. This was odd considering their Kent location has everything in it. We also usually order spring rolls, but after seeing the price for 2 ($10) we decided to skip it.
We hope this place does well because the owners were so nice and talked about opening a new location in Maple Valley. We may just stick to their Kent location.

Pho was very good and the broth tastes like my hometown in Vietnam. It is, however, VERY expensive comparing to other Pho restaurants. The reason I gave it only 3 stars is because I noticed we were charged sale tax on top of the total that already included taxes (On the menu Pho is $15, bun rieu is $15.5, bun bo hue is $15.5 & banh mi is $9.00). I think this might just be a wrong setting on their POS system which needs immediate attention to make sure the customers being charged the right amount. I want to make this place our new go to because we like the pho broth very much, however, it is a maybe after the experience today

Didn’t plan to write review but the food was so good. I got Bo Kho and my husband got Bun Bo Hue, both are delicious . Tan is really nice and friendly. Will be in my favorite Vietnamese restaurant.

Very disappointing! Tiny portions (30% smaller than average) for the price. I actually left hungry still. The flavor of the pho was lacking. It didn’t come with bean sprouts, and when I asked, they only had a very small amount.

The sandwiches are very good, some of the best truly, but so inconsistent probably won’t ever eat here again. Literally put no meat on the sandwich. I asked for extra meat at a previous time and she charged me double for the sandwich, almost 20 dollars with tax. She said the costs went up. I could’ve just bought two sandwiches and put the ingredients on one myself with that pricing model/strategy. By trying to save money they lost a repeat customer after this last purchase. Hope it was worth it.
