Absolutely delicious Pho noodle soup and Banh Mi sandwiches! Don’t forgot the egg rolls too. Soup comes with all the veggies and herb fixins’ with great portions. Also probably the most loaded pork banh mi I’ve had! Spicy and an excellent seasoned grill flavor.

Outstanding experience! The chef went out of his way and prepared a special beef spring roll just for me because I don’t eat pork. This level of customer service is amazing!
The beef spring roll was incredible—hands down THE best I’ve ever tasted. The beef was perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy, making each bite an absolute delight. The flavors were well-balanced, and the spring roll wrapper added a wonderful texture. I was so excited that I couldn’t resist eating one before snapping a picture lol!

Yummy! This was one of the best food truck experiences either my husband or I have ever had. We both felt so satisfied after enjoying this clean, healthy food! He had the shrimp and rice platter, and that blackened shrimp is heavenly. I had rangoons to start and they had more flavor than traditional rangoons. The sweet sauce they included for dipping was better than what most restaurants serve. One pice of constructive feedback: the amount of filling in them was a bit lacking.
Good thing I also had the chicken pho, which was delightful and plentiful. It came with hoisin sauce and sriracha to spice it up a bit. The drinks were great too! I enjoyed my pineapple mango lemonade and my hubs had a flavored Red Bull drink. It is bit pricey (expect to spend ~$20pp for food and drink), but that is to be expected of a food truck, and a decent one at that! There’s a small picnic area to eat there, or you can easily take your meal to go. I will be back, and have recommended it to a couple others already.

Reviews aren’t lying, this ramen is the best in town. The flavor is like nothing else I can compare. I ordered the beef pho.. it was perfect! And they gave us free drinks on the house.. it was a pineapple and mango flavor(super good if you like sweet beverages). We’ll definitely be back!

The food here is absolutely fantastic, but even more so, the person that runs the food truck is amazing. Today, it was raining cats and dogs outside, and this man’s dedication to still make the food and then deliver it to the car in the POURING rain with a smile in his face. He even provided me a cover while I paid for the food. I got the steak pho and let me tell you, it was perfect, the spiciness level wasn’t too much to bear, the amount of food was good, all in all, it was great. I’m definitely recommending this to everyone I know in the area!
