We are originally from Humboldt County for about 20 years ago. Pho Hoang in Arcata was our first restaurant and has been operating since 2012. Now, moving to Solano County, We want to be close to family and friends and starting our new journey here in such a beautiful place. We are so excited to bring something different to town for variety kinds of Pho and other Vietnamese dishes. We have Bone Marrow, Spareribs, or Oxtails… for Pho options. Also, We have Crabpaste noodles Soup( Bun Rieu Cua), Quang Style Yellow Noodles ( Mi Quang). Also, Our BBQ Meats of Beef , Chicken or Pork are grilled on the charcoal… bringing out the best flavors of the marinated meat. Please give us a try to serve you. We think We will be satisfied here.

I have been to this Pho location so many times even with the previous ownership and now new ownership. It looked more classy and somehow better customer service as well. Nothing beat their savory noodle soups. I recently got the P5 Combination Phở Dặc Biệt 13.50 Eye round steak, tendons, tripes, brisket, fat brisket, & meatball. So good! So far highly recommended!

One of the most delicious chicken pho I’ve had in the Bay Area, and definitely the best in the North Bay. A humongous portion for only $13! Service was super fast and attentive. The staff are also very nice and treat you like family. The broth is a bit mild for my taste but nothing some extra garnishes/sauce cannot solve. Overall, a must try.

Super like this Vietnamese Restaurant. We tried a lot of their dishes and they are all good. My top most favorite is the egg roll. Yummy, crispy egg roll. The Pho broth was light and flavorful. The beef in one of the noodle bowl dishes was aromatic, beefy-goodness flavor and tender. Seafood pancake was also delicious. We ate a lot, tummy satisfied, yet not guilty-bloated. Service was excellent. (We were a big group of 8 people but they were able to get our orders right and fast.) Restaurant is newly-renovated and clean. When you are in Vallejo area, give yourself a yummy, hearty and healthy treat, go to Pho Huang.

The picture speaks for itself. We gave this place a 5-star all around, including the people who works there. Very generous servings, and we end up taking home the other 2/3 of the portion. The noodles are perfectly balanced cooked, and there were so much meat that it’s equivalent to 3 servings to other restaurants in the bayarea. The meat were fresh, its texture DON’T have the freezer-burn or smell, it served two more meals the next day. The broth was energizing after a day of drinking in Napa.

May be the only place to have bone marrow soup in Vallejo. I can’t recall seeing anyone else carrying this. The highlight for me is their spring rolls and bbq pork chop. The spring rolls didn’t taste fishy and they don’t use star anise in their bbq pork marinade. I’m not a fan of this ingredient as it has a weird taste for me. Service was great and friendly. The restaurant is clean.

Very welcoming area and serving with a smile. They seated us immediately, and the atmosphere was very nice, got music playing in the background. They check up on you. The pricing was very much fair. I recommend trying the garlic noodles with Cajun shrimp it’s so good! Don’t forget to tip fellas, they deserve it!

There are a lot of Pho options in Vallejo, and they are all pretty good. I had P5, which is the combination Pho. Usually, Pho comes out piping hot. This was served somewhere between lukewarm and hot, which was a turn-off right away. Had it been piping hot, I would say it is on par with other Pho restaurants. My friend had some sort of grilled pork. I forgot which one it was, but it was outstanding! Such a flavorful char on the meat. I would recommend trying that. I also ordered the mango salad, but it was not available on this day. The ambiance in the restaurant was nice. Wonderful decor with soft relaxing music playing in the background. I will try this restaurant again, and as long as the Pho is piping hot and the mango salad is available, I will adjust my star rating higher.

I have came here multiple times, and I am willing to drive out of the way to get to this restaurant.
On my recent visit, I had the bun Bo hue. It is flavorful and has a lot of depth. It is packed with a lot of meats too. I couldn’t finish the whole bowl!
I would recommend getting the banh xeo next time. It is huge and has a lot of toppings in it.
