They won’t allow you to use their bathroom until after you pay and then require you to sign your receipt before they will give you the key to the bathroom. They don’t believe you if you say you are going to order and just want to wash your hands. Other than that, even though the food was good, I won’t return to this location.

The drive-through is a little narrow if you’re in a large truck, but they have some of the best deals on their sandwiches in all of Santa Rosa and the lady that works the drive-through window is nicest person you’ll ever meet!

People that work at this establishment are not friendly what so ever. Can’t use the bathroom unless you pay. I forgot my wallet down the street wasnt even allowed to sit and wait until it had gotten to me to purchase something before I was told to leave because I was loitering.. as if I was homeless.. proceeded to go outside and wait an told me they were going to call the cops if i didnt leave absolute joke… bunch of kids who hate their jobs an lives an were obviously not taught any emotional intelligence growing up. Definitely not going back to another Carls Jr. In my LIFE ☮️

Today I went into one of the Karls juniors in Santa Rosa, California store # 110086. I ordered the Diablo combo meal and after she rang me up and I looked at the receipts. They charge me 15.69. The menu board 14.29. I pointed this out to the person who helped me. Her response was oh you got the medium that prices for the small. I pointed out that the sign says it’s for the medium and then she repeated herself and said it was for the small. I pointed out on the sign that it said medium, which is what I had ordered. Her response was that’s what’s in the computer so that’s what we The sign is wrong. I asked to speak to a manager, and his response was basically that was what was in the computer in the sign was wrong. At that point, I told him it was illegal to charge somebody a different price than what was posted and he told me there was nothing he could do, That is what was in the computer and the sign is wrong. I went outside to the drive-through and that sign also says 14.29. I asked for my money back. He gave me a refund and I walked out of the restaurant. Is this Carls Jr standard policy? Post one price and charge your customers a higher price? Neither clerk was friendly or helpful. The manager did not seem at all interested in solving the problem. I think his name was Henoc, when I asked for his name, he said it’s so quietly I had to ask him three times.

I prefer Carl’s Jr. over any fast food but eating there last night made me sick. I’m talking waking up at 3am to rush to the bathroom. It is 7 hours later and I still am feeling it.

Despite trying to offer an identical experience at every shop, fast food places are only as good as the management. And this place must have great mangers, because the food and service is consistently good. I’m not crazy about fast food, but when I do get it, i want it to be easy to order, tasty, hot, and fast. This Carl’s Jr. Is always that. Kudos to the manager,!
