When I contacted the business, I was asked to send photos and still was denied a refund or even a credit. The manager, Victoria, was dismissive and focused more on business costs than correcting a mistake for a loyal customer of many years.
Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
Way bigger than I was expecting inside, great for when parties of 8+.
Pretty good portion sizes too. For vegetarians you got plenty of options as well.
The fried rolls were crispy and the vegetables were crisp. The flavors were all on point and we were given plenty of peanut and fish sauce. The portions were large and the prices were very reasonable. Also what I like the most was that they were served very quickly. On top of that, all staffs are kind. I wish I could visit again!!! It’s a must try place for pho. Pro tip – go in person !!! It’s better 🙂
Their takeout is pretty good too.
I went 4 times in one week. I know but I couldn’t help it. This is the healthiest option if you are trying to eat clean and lose weight ( my opinion)
Bon Appétit. Enjoy
We came here near closing, but they were still welcoming to serve us and brought our food out quickly. The staff were attentive to our drinks as well as bringing out condiments and other dishes. There is plenty of seating throughout the restaurant.
We got the Rare Beef Pho and the Bun Bo Hue Dac Biet. They offer two sizes, and we got the smaller size. The Bun Bo Hue Dac Biet came with sizeable portions of meat, and the broth wasn’t too spicy but more savory. The Rare Beef Pho had a few slices of meat, a lil lacking in my opinion, but the broth was good and savory, with a hint of saltiness that was a bit strong. They offer bean sporuts and other condiments as well, and it was quite good.
Overall a solid spot.
The food is average, but the service is bad. I walked out of this place with a bad taste in my mouth.
My wife ordered a “Combination Rice”, I ordered a Pho Xe Lửa. The waitress was a young Vietnamese woman who could barely speak any English. With a very heavy ascent, she asked me a question which I didn’t understand and had to ask her to repeat, slowly she said “do you want to add a big bowl ? (to share the noodles with my wife ). “Oh!” I politely replied “yes please”. At the end of the meal when the bill came, there was an extra charge of $3.98 for “beef meatball”. I questioned why the extra charge for one tiny piece of beef ball the size of a grape, the waitress said “you ordered it”. She said I asked you “do you want to add a beef ball ?”……”It’s already in the computer, you have to pay!”.she said. Sneaky practice!
