The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. You’re greeted properly and looked after without any fuss.

The food is consistently good, and the pho is the standout. The soup is rich, full of flavour, and tastes authentic — not watery or bland. You can tell the broth has been cooked properly, and the portions are generous.

Easy place to enjoy a proper bowl of pho with good service. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Drove 50 minutes to this restaurant and have no regrets. Excellent customer service, food was fresh and wait time was short. Restaurant was clean and not to noisy.

This Vietnamese restaurant is quiet but has a nice ambience. I like the market painting on the wall.
Plenty of place to sit if you want to come in as a group.
The friendly server greets you and takes your order promptly. Food too is generous portions.
I personally found the rice a bit dry but the food overall was good.
Will try out the other dishes the next time.

We were so impressed with this little place. We had the homemade wontons – they were AMAZING and the beef Pho with the most delicious broth and tender beef. Pricing was very reasonable. Was a great stop on our way to Ballarat. The service was efficient, friendly and welcoming. Will be back for sure.

First time dining there, the customer service is not that great. We were greeted at beginning and I said table for 2, then she said something I can’t understand then walked off to talk to other staff, so we ended up finding a table by ourselves and pick up menu from counter. The meatballs are not that fresh, the spring rolls are bland. The rest is okay. I don’t think I’ll be coming back as the whole experience wasn’t good nor bad. Compared with all the Vietnamese restaurants I’ve been to in Victoria, this one is my least liked unfortunately.

First and, most likely last time I have purchased food from here. Satay Beef with vegetables and, rice. What a disappointment. Not much beef, and slightly chewy. A slither of celery and carrot, roughly 4 to 5 bits of red capsicum with some other vegetable in abundance that, I can’t put a name too. Container was loaded more with steam rice. The Satay sauce was minimum throughout it.
I was really looking forward to some good take away. I think after working for year’s in Richmond, you get spoilt with the true authentic flavours of Asia.

I ordered two seafood laksas. They Come with a combination of two types of noodles. I asked if we could have egg noodles only. I was charged $6 extra for asking for only one type of noodle instead of two. It doesn’t make any sense. In business it takes time to gain a customer and only seconds to lose them. I will definitely not be returning. Many other restaurants to choose from.

This is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in the West Melbourne so far.
Truly authentic Vietnamese pho and I bet once you try it, you will get addicted to their food. Price is reasonable and worth every dollar you spend. Parking is the only issue if you visit the restaurant during peak hours.
Complimentary hot tea is one of the best things about this restaurant as part of the Vietnamese culture.
Plenty of good food to eat here. I would strongly recommend anyone to visit.
