Reviews
I’m usually skeptical about trying new places, but how will you ever know if you don’t try, right? I was immediately intrigued by their adventurous menu, especially the Seared Steak Garlic Pho. Some reviews online were mixed, but I always prefer to make my own judgment—and I’m so glad I did!
The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not too oily or overpowering. The steak came in generous, thick slices, and the broth even had slivers of garlic throughout. As a garlic and pho lover, I was sold! I also tried the Vietnamese Coffee, which was the ideal after-meal pick-me-up—smooth, not too sweet, and not too bitter.
All in all, this spot hit the mark on both flavor and comfort. I’ll definitely be back and recommending it to friends!
I had their #15, a beef pho with steak, stripe, tendon, and lean brisket + add beef balls. I asked if they have fatty brisket, but they said no, so sad.
The bowl came out looking nice, but the shape of the bowl was so narrow, that it was a bit hard to eat, and there wans’t a lot of broth in it. Well I probably won’t need too much broth from this place, because their pho broth was pretty heavy with the salt.
One thing that stood out to me was the lean brisket tasted a bit stale and gammy, i guess it wasn’t very fresh.
The beef ball came in a separate bowl with broth, it was $6 for 1 beef ball that cut in 5-6 pieces.
The meal came out at $26 for a regular bowl of pho ($15) + added beef ball (+$6) + tax + tip ($3).
I’d recommend the popcorn chicken too.
Last time I tried sweet chili fish plate which was pretty good. It came with side of soup which was the highlight. The flavors were so subtle and rich. Couldn’t stop slurping
I highly recommend you gotta try them…
Their location is also awesome, just next door to a movie theater and many popular stores and restaurants.
I rarely go in to sit for dinner but when I do, service, food and taste are great and consistent.
Most times, I order to go.
Their Pho and rolls are what I usually order.
So when you go there and love the food and place like we do, say THANK YOU ARYELLABATEL, Like my post.
Be blessed.
In addition, I also found the servers there quite rude. There was a sign that says “wait to be seated, but a bunch of staff saw me and just intentionally ignoring me for at least ten minutes.
When I ordered a drink at the counter, I politely tried to remind the staff that I wanted no sugar, and the person making the drinks abruptly said “can’t you see I’m busy making a bunch of drinks before you”? It feels like the staff were very stressed out and unorganized with their jobs, and they project the stress on the customers. I won’t be eating there again.
