Probably the most disappointing Vietnamese food I’ve had. I ordered the grilled beef with egg roll and the beef wasn’t seasoned, no char, odd texture, and the egg roll was dry and bland. Someone else got the grilled chicken and egg roll and it did not have flavor either. Same with the chicken wings, no flavor and dry. The Bo luc lac was spicy but that wasn’t indicated on the menu so that wasn’t enjoyable for the person that ordered it but it also lacked flavor and salt. No one enjoyed their dish. Maybe the pho is good but maybe not. Yes, it’s a pho place but I always order rice plates and I’ve never been this disappointed. The only decent thing was the rice. Go elsewhere for non-pho Vietnamese.

Would definitely recommend you to come check it out. Ordered the rare beef pho, very flavorful broth and it had plenty of noodles, didn’t need to add anything to the broth.

One word, Food Poisoning. Do NOT eat at Pho Hanoi 89. The broth tasted like dish soap. I couldn’t get past the first spoon without getting sick.
