Service is very quick. Bowl size for pho is huge. On the meat to noodles ratio, it leans significantly more on the noodles. Overall, everything is tasty and I’m glad this place exists in the neighborhood.

This is the worst Hai Nam chicken I’ve ever eaten. It is some left over days old chicken scape put together and serve to customers. If you want good Pho, come here. If you are looking for a fancy restaurant to eat at, don’t come here. I ride a motorcycle through SF on Sundays during the summer, and it’s always cold. So today, I decided to try out Pho Ha Tien. The Pho I ordered was fresh ,hot, and delicious . They gave me a cup of hot tea with my noodle soup. Unfortunately, I only took a couple drinks of it because it was served in a plastic cup made for cold water. I’m worried about consuming micro plastics. Other than that, everything was great. I will return.
