Tried both the Big Bone Soup and the No.1 Soup — and they did not disappoint. The Big Bone Soup was rich and hearty, with tender meat that easily fell off the bone. The No.1 Soup had a slightly lighter broth but was still full of flavor and well-seasoned. Both were satisfying and comforting.

The place itself was clean and well-kept, which added to the dining experience. Music was playing but not too loud — just enough to create a pleasant background atmosphere without interfering with conversation. Overall, a solid spot for a warm, flavorful meal.

Bright and clean dinning area, staff were curteous and pleasant. Food came out fast. The server even thoughtfully brought out a small bowl for my daughter to eat her pho with more ease. It’s great stop for our CA trip while charging our car.

I know chop sticks inside the bowl is not good table etiquette; however, it’s my food. Anyway, this was the best tendon and steak pho I’ve ever had. The service was fast. Do you see the quality of this food? The taste was so clean. I didn’t add any sauce. But will take some with my leftovers because the servings are big. 10 out of 10. Nothing was needed. I found a jewel

I’ve been coming here for last 5 years. And have been regulars. But i think they have lost our business with multiple disappointing visits. The utensils were always dirty with chunks of rice noodle stuck on it. Im okay with raising prices but the portions have shrunk so I’m still hungry after the meal… at least say on the menu the portions decreased. The service. No water when we sit and had to ask 3 times for water after getting the food. Im sad that I have to leave this review but it is what it is

Pho Ha #7 Canyon Springs has become one of my go-to spots for Vietnamese cuisine, and every visit reaffirms why. The place has a bustling yet welcoming atmosphere, with soft, warm lighting that contrasts nicely with the sleek, modern decor. Despite how busy it often gets, it always feels organized and clean—a testament to the staff’s efficiency.

Their beef pho is undoubtedly the highlight, with a broth that’s rich, flavorful, and well-balanced, without being overly salty or heavy. The portion size is generous, and the ingredients—from the tender slices of beef to the fresh herbs and bean sprouts—are always fresh. While their pho is exceptional, I was pleasantly surprised by the versatility of their menu. On my recent visit, I tried the hot stone rice bowl topped with a sunny-side-up egg, and it was a delightful mix of crispy rice, fresh vegetables, and savory protein. The iced drinks, especially the lychee mojito and Vietnamese iced coffee, are perfect accompaniments, balancing the hearty dishes with refreshing bursts of flavor.

Service here is friendly and efficient, with staff members who are attentive without being overbearing. Even during peak hours, they manage to maintain a smooth dining experience, ensuring that tables are promptly cleaned and orders are delivered without unnecessary delays.

Pho Ha #7 perfectly balances traditional Vietnamese flavors with a modern dining experience. It’s a place where you can comfortably enjoy an authentic meal, whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a casual hangout spot with friends.

Place was busy which is understandable. Wait was ok, but the service…I wouldnt not be surprised if verbal argument happen more often. The server who dropped off our food rude when we aksed for an extra plate, dismissing us using a hand gesture. The waitress who took our order, “you can order now but it will come out when the kitchen want to send it”, a simple “it will be a small wait” wouldve been ok. Management should definitely look into hiring more to help with these rushes, and come up with a better systtem to manage tables. Will still be coming back but a lot less now

PHO HA #7 – BAD SERVICE, MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO FIX THIS

I came to eat and enjoy my food. My cousin and I ordered shrimp and pork spring rolls. After one bite, we knew we did not like them. We asked nicely if we could change them to shrimp-only rolls.

We told the server, Kristine, that we only took one bite. She said nope! Sorry I’m not going to return it because you have already eaten it.

She then said she could ONLY change two rolls, not all of them, and only if we left a review. That did not feel right. I thought this was a joke but she was being serious.

This is not just about the server. This is about management. Management should retrain Kristine on how to talk to customers and how to help them in a kind way.

The food is usually good. But bad service makes people not want to come back.

P.S. Bad service makes a business lose customers. Management should take this seriously.

FIRST TIMER on Sunday 12/21/25 around 1pm. Came with family who raved about the food here. Upon entering, it was noticeably busy, very packed house. We waited no longer than 5 minutes to be seated.

FOOD, was AMAZING. Their beef pho bowl (BIG BONE Xi QUACH BO #98) is humongous. Super bowl status. The broth was flavorful and the beef bone came with a fair amount of meat on it. In the soup there are beef meatballs. No noodles, but they do give you all the fixings thai basil leaves, bean sprouts, chiles, limes. Hoison and Chili are already on the table along with utensils.

I ordered #39 COM BO LUC LAC which is a beef (marinated beef) dish served with grilled onions & bell peppers. Side of rice and vegetable salad. The beef is cut into bite pieces, it was very tender not hard to chew at all. The beef was marinated just how I like it, with a lot of flavor lol. It’s like a teriyaki marinade. Aside from the beef my other favorite part of this dish was the vegetable salad. It was pickled radish atop pickled carrots, pickled cabbage, romaine lettuce and tomatoes, ALL PICKLED and sooo good.

#50 NEM CUON, grilled vietmanese pork sausage spring rolls were ok. The grilled pork was a litle hard to chew and kind of bland. I couldn’t really taste anything with this roll.

THE PROBLEM…was the service. Albeit, it was a Sunday afternoon, but the vibe was totally not matching the quality of the food bc the food was frickin good! The food also came out in a timely manner for how busy it was btw. But the service was terrible. We kept having to ask for little things like our waters, for scissors, for bowls, for our other drinks like soda and the smoothies we ordered. We just kept having to ask bc they never brought it out to us. My Aunty waved down one waiter and he literally looked at her and walked towards the back ignoring her. I honestly lost count with how many times we asked different waiters/waitresses for things and it never came. Just not a very “welcoming” attitude amongst the servers here. I’m sure they were overstimulated with the busyness of that day bc that’s what it felt like, but I hope they figure out a system that better suits their employees and customers. It almost felt like they were avoiding contact with the customers lol that’s how bad it was my first time here.

Obviously I will follow up and come back for a second visit. My family kept apologizing to me and saying “We swear it’s never like this” and I hope they’re right for my next go around. The food was amazing but the service hindered my first experience here.
