I had a fantastic meal here! The grilled meats were flavorful and perfectly cooked — especially the chicken and beef. The rice was soft and fragrant with a nice touch of scallion oil on top. I really enjoyed the egg rolls and the fresh veggies on the side — everything tasted clean and well-prepared. The dipping sauce was balanced and brought all the flavors together.
The service was friendly, and the restaurant had a cozy, welcoming vibe. They also have all the classic sauces on the table (Sriracha, hoisin, etc.), which is a nice touch. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving authentic Vietnamese comfort food!

We are so excited Pho Gulf Cove opened! We ate here opening night. The food is incredibly fresh and delicious. Their vegan broth was the tastiest I ever had. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and generous. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back.

I don’t normally leave google reviews but this place was amazing. We tried several dishes on their menu (which is really extensive!) and everything we tried was delicious. All of the food is cooked to order and was fresh. Our server Princess was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. We are so happy to have this restaurant and as an addition to our area and will be back!

We were so excited to try this new restaurant in our neighborhood. The food was amazing as was the service. My husband and I shared the spring rolls (he took one before I got the photo). He had the veal and brisket Pho. I had the curry chicken with mixed veggies. Both dishes were flavorful, hot and made with fresh ingredients! We are thrilled to have a new place to get lunch/dinner. Support this wonderful family who lives in our community by giving their restaurant a try! You won’t be disappointed. We will be back!

This is an awesome, authentic Vietnamese cuisine experience. They have dishes that come from every region in Vietnam and they serve it fresh. The staff is extremely kind and they always remember their regulars. Trust me I’ve been here at least 10 times since they opened last month. I recommend the Bún bò Huế or P12. You won’t regret it

“I was so happy to discover this spot tonight—it means I no longer have to drive 20 minutes to get a quality pho meal! I was thoroughly impressed with the amazing experience. To start, I had a chicken egg roll, followed by the flank steak rare pho as my main course. Both servings were incredibly generous and delicious. Great swevice, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food. We shared fried Vietnamese eggrolls, i had boneless chicken Pho (p14?), and my husband had thin sliced beef Pho. Both were delicious, and the tippings (bean sprouts, cilantro, jalapenos, etc. were fresh.

Pho Gulf Cove is hands down the best in the area. This restaurant has the best Pho I’ve had since Miss. Saigon closed in Sarasota. I had Bún Bò Huế (Spicy Lemongrass Pho) – delicious!
