Had a super fun night at the new comedy night they are hosting. Staff was great, bartender was super friendly. Great new event in town!

Attended parkside february 15th, I got INSIDE the bar from the security guard directing me WITHOUT CHECKING MY ID. Then I realized I NEVER got my band or stamp for being 21+ while already being inside. So I went back to the security guards to get my band and stamp after being inside for 20 minutes. Then the owner proceeds to be unprofessional and say it’s MY FAULT that I never got my ID checked. Like, why not press your security guards for not doing THEIR JOB. Instead presses the customer for not having their ID checked. Maybe owner needs to be more professional and tell the security guards how to do their job!!!!!!

Thank you bartender for your attentiveness and playing on your phone. This place needs to properly train bartenders especially these younger ones these days. I have over 10+ years bartending , you’ll hear , “Tip your bartenders!”, and I but could’ve been WAY BETTER only if…

Two stars going a long way for this place. We like to come here because it’s usually empty with some pool tables. No fee for us so far. Otherwise, it’s an empty room playing whatever music the DJ has. They have security, unsure why because not a lot of people come here.
Bartenders are usually new. Last time we came, they lost track of who is next and told us “sorry there’s a line” when we were at the front for a while… We’ll definitely be back for the laid back quiet ambience.

Second time coming into this bar. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. It has more of a dive bar feel but everyone was really welcoming and the drinks were fantastic. Jordan took great care of us, and the dad jokes were amazing!

I recently went here on November 1 at 11ish pm and was going to enter but only had a picture of my ID. There was a blonde man letting people in the bar, he asked where I lived I said Puerto Rico. He said you need your passport to come here I said no it’s US territory. Then he says “oh yea what did the politicians call it? Floating piece of garbage?” I responded with “i don’t know”. Then he said you can’t come in without a physical ID (which is understandable). I wouldn’t come back to this place because they obviously let racist employees work here, I feel bad for any Puerto Ricans or latinos in general who will get bad service from them.

Oh my bad I didn’t know there is a “dress code” in this place! According to the Security Slick that checks ID in the door, this place is supposed to be some sort of high end Italian restaurant that requires you to dress up like a gentleman. How nice of him reminding me that fact!
