We had a great experience at Pho Galaxy. The Pho Special was rich and flavorful with generous portions, and the pork spring rolls were crispy and delicious.
The seafood noodle soup had fresh ingredients, but the broth was not salted enough and didn’t have much spice, which made it a bit lacking in flavor.
Overall, friendly service, clean place, and we would definitely come back.

Visited this establishment last night after a cold rainy night at Martini Town with the whole family and here are my thoughts about Pho Galaxy.
Food :
If you’re looking to have some comfort food that isn’t screaming MSG LOADED food, then Pho Galaxy is highly recommended! My go-to pho places in Surrey are just loading up their broth with MSG nowadays, that it literally leaves a weird after taste in your mouth. I’m not anti MSG but we all know if it’s used in your dish way too much, it can back fire instead of enhancing flavours. I even asked my mom to have some of my soup since she ordered a different dish with the egg in it, and she agreed with me that the broth was actually flavourful without the artificial enhancements. They only have one size for their soups so think about sharing a bowl with someone if you usually have a hard time finishing a small size pho.
The kids devoured their meat balls soup and my husband also inhaled his soup. We also ordered some spring rolls that stayed crispy even after it cooled down which was also a hit for everyone in our table.
Service:
Servers were polite, friendly and attentive. The waiter was able to be patient when it came to the children ordering their food (Aged 13 & under). My mom ordered mango smoothie and they gave us another glass with the extra mango smoothie that was left in the blender which I thought was super nice.
Atmosphere:
The space was well lit, very clean, and the chairs are all comfortable. The restaurant also didn’t have that smell you typically get when you first enter a pho restaurant. I like that the chopsticks were wrapped as a pair which adds a level of sanitation.
Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to family and friends living in Langley. We’re glad we opted to eat at Pho Galaxy instead of Big Way Hotpot. Less hectic and food portion was more than sufficient.

Was pretty decent no complaints, wasn’t mind blowing. I am sure we will return to eat here. Staff are all very friendly, food was good.

This was an okay restaurant. I don’t know what else to say it’s not a place I will go back to. And make sure that you’re clear when you’re ordering. I ordered one egg and she said won’t it be better with 2 eggs and I clearly said no thank you, then my husband said he wanted an egg. We ended up with two eggs each on our rice and she charged us $4 or $5 each extra, so I think we paid around $10 for eggs. Our daughter ate our leftovers, and she really enjoyed it so just to give an honest review, we’re not big fans but our daughter liked it

I have been wanting to try this place since they opened up a month ago, but I have been busy and haven’t had a chance until today.
First impression, restaurant is super bright and new, comfortable seats and large eating room makes it feel very spacious.
I ordered the Lemongrass chicken Vermicelli with Spring Roll. It was large and tastes amazing.
Service was amazing too.
The price was fair, except for the extra CC charge if you paid by credit card, they should have just incorporated it in the price of the food.
Overall, i definitely will be coming back.

Because for 15% off for grand opening and wanna support local business, that’s why we choose here for the dinner.
However, the taste for the pho is just so so, especially for the smell. Also, they made a wrong order but sent the correct one soon.
In addition, please make sure you pay your bill by debit card, otherwise 2.4% will be charged by using the credit card and there’s no any reminder coming from the cashier.

The restaurant was 1/4 full when we entered last night but it was bring and was greeted by a very nice gentlemen with smile all over his face. Location was well lighted and service was fast. We ordered our standard dish to be able to make a good comparison and their food really stand out, Their beef pho and grilled porkchop and chicken is as good or even better compared to other well known pho restaurant in surrey area. We will surely go back here. The reason i gave 4 stars is due to their mode of payment; when you pay by CC , there was a 2.2% additional charge. I think they need to fix this issue as it’s kind of not good for people choosing to pay by CC.
