Possibly the best bowl of Pho Ga in the old quarter. Broth was light, flavorful, and herbal. Meat was soft and tender. The noodles are just the right tenderness and al dente that you can only get from fresh noodles in Vietnam.
The hot sauce is a 5/5 – good flavour but it will burn your face off.
Owner served us at a table across the street… In the evenings they set up their second dining room outside an office building across the street and they will beef the bowls of food across the street, dodging traffic and pedestrians frogger-style to make sure you get fed.

I tried the best Pho Ga . It was super tasty, and the service was excellent. Most importantly, the price was reasonable. It felt so authentic and super. If you come to Vietnam, you must try the Rice Noodles Chicken Soup; it’s really amazing.

It is the best Pho I had in Hanoi. The clear chicken broth of traditional Pho tastes really good For chicken salad, if u r not a fan of green vegetables , make sure to ask the owner to remove during order .
