Informal strip-mall eatery offering Vietnamese noodle soups, sandwiches & hot pots, plus boba.

I discovered this Vietnamese spot one day by accident!! It was like I had found treasure! Their menu offers all the staples one would need to have a full Vietnamese experience. The Pho is tasty and with generous portions. The Ban Mi sandwiches are ridiculously good. I recommend the chicken or beef, which are freshly prepared and grilled to perfection. I have had the opportunity to try their Vietnamese BBQ, which you cook directly at the table on a grill built into the table. It’s a lot of fun, and very tasty. Best of all, their prices are really reasonable.I enjoy going to the restaurant, and its nice to see the owner, who sometimes comes out to smile and say hello when time permits.
Finally, you know you are in good hands when you look around and notice many Asian clients. This is a great spot to try if you want to try a new Asian cuisine. The waitstaff is friendly and the atmosphere is also nice. Try the Ban Mi sandwich!! You won’t regret it.

Seafood Pho. Great flavor, spice and fresh veggies, bean sprouts, basil and lime. Scallops were little bay, good taste. Shrimp were medium size and good quality. Fish was a very chewy, but fresh, just a little weird. Service was attentive. 5 stars except for the fish.

Huge portions! A lot of slurping! First visit was pretty good. Quick service…probably because we were one of three tables. That kind of worried me at first but the food came out quick.
Shrimp spring rolls were fresh and yumm. Loved the dipping sauce.
I found out I am not a fan of quails eggs! Lol I try everything once. Overall a good experiences. I don’t live close but if I’m in the area and hungry, I would go again.

This restaurant is really outstanding. Service is very friendly and efficient, but best part is the food. Unlike many Asian/Thai/Chinese places that load up on sugar & salt, the food at Pho Ethan is full of many wonderful and memorable tastes and flavors, that succeed on their own merit. We have been there many times, have sampled most of the menu, and have always had a great experience. Check this place out.

Husband an I have eaten here several times . Service is prompt and friendly. It is a large menu but I lobe a rice noodle dish with sliced pork shrimp and egg roll ,served with peanuts and fish sauce on the side if requested. This is a generous portion at a very reasonable price.

The interior is very nice and clean but the service was unacceptably slow … We ordered Spring Rolls for appetizer and it never showed up. My wife and I both ordered two different types of pho and they were both unseasoned and meh at best. Shrimp in my bowl was simply raw and completely tasteless. Oh and they charge $14 for a large soup !

This is my #1 restaurant ever! The food is so delicious, freshly cooked and out of this world. Pork skewer is my family’s #1 favorite. It’s to die for! Spring rolls, clay pots, calamari, smoothies, all of the food we tried are soooo good! Staff are very friendly. Clean place. Ambience is great! In my opinion, everyone needs to try this place.

Okay first of all
I ordered a bowl of Pho and I ordered flank and tendon. They barely gave me any meat, the pieces were tiny compared to the last time I went there when they didn’t change the chef/manager. On top of the fact that there was hardly any meat in there, the pho tasted disgusting. It straight up tasted like someone dumped cinnamon in the broth. I tried and ate 2 bites and asked the waitress if I could change my order because I couldn’t eat it and I was being polite. She said, “it looks like you are most of the meat in there”. Out of the 4 little pieces they gave me, I had 2. She said she had to call her manager to ask because she wasn’t there and then came back telling me she can’t switch it out but let me pay “only half” and buy something else.
Worst customer service. I went there with my sister and the next day she threw up 4 times in school and the last thing she ate was dinner there because she didn’t eat anything the day after. This place isn’t that busy either, which explains a lot. I would invest my time and money elsewhere. This restaurant was a huge disappointment.

I’ve eaten here twice so far and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Both times I got the pho with rare beef – one time I ate in the other I ate at home. Pleased to say that when you do take out, they separate everything so nothing is just sitting in broth for ages.
The pho tastes great. I like spicy so getting the chilli oil on the side is a must. It’s great to know that there is a local place with great pho. I will definitely be back.
