Burger King is the worst now. It’s like the accountant that ruined KFC did the same thing here but 10 times worse.
I’m convinced this is some insurance scam. No one makes food this bad….no one.
They must be trying to ruin their reputation.
On top of that….when I complained they offered a refund in store credit. I accepted. Then I found out that this wasn’t store credit at all it was a coupon that expired 1 single month later during January the coldest month and with multiple blizzards.
Mind you they don’t deliver so their coupon was always meant to be a scam.
I’ll miss the old Burger King that was 10x better than McDonalds.
They are sooooo far removed from that now in every way that my only explanation is that they are purposely trying to go out of business.
I’m no friend of insurance companies but if any insurance companies need someone to testify against BK when they declare bankruptcy I’ll gladly lend a hand.
BK is absolutely the worst of the worst now.
If they ever decide to care again, I’ll wish them success but currently they are disgusting in product & spirit.

It wasn’t too busy when we stopped by. Ordered on the kiosk. We didn’t encounter any issues. Food was good and coffee was actually good as well. Always ask for the receipt just incase you encounter a problem.

Honestly, if I could I would give this place 0 stars. This place has poor service and poor working conditions. Areas where they make food… dirty. Area where you pay.. dirty. Wurst of all, I was on a trip when I came to this place. I had to wait for 2 hours for a few people to order. This is completely unacceptable.

Apparently these guys refuse to update hours. Here I am shortly after midnight and they are closed. Not the first time I have been here 11/12 o’clock at night and they are closed. It shows that they updated the hours nine weeks ago to 24 hours. If I cannot experience Food/Service/Atmosphere then it is an automatic 1 star.

Came here again on Google map directions thinking I could get a hamburger. Unfortunately it is still not updated and was closed when I arrived at about 11:30pm.
I met the manager Hector to let him know and would help him update. TBD.
Meanwhile I will change to a 3 star for now, esp since he spoke with me and let me know he didn’t have control.

December 2023: Recently downloaded the BK App that showed a $3 special for a Whopper. For some reason they do not take anything from the App and just denied me. Asked for the Manager and a man named Max came up to tell me the same thing – we update 20240905:
Arrived 10:05 and MAX asks what do I want?
I ask if they are closed and with that he says he IS.
Earlier, he was going to take my order and now I’m so disappointed this guys was playing me..
They should LOSE their LICENSE!!!. I hate such franchisees who take advantage

This burger King gets worse every time I visit.. Guy behind counter touching counter & everything else. Same gloves on, the takes next order, along with customers money , & then give back change with same gloves..
Told him to please change b4 touching my food. He did, no problem, but he shouldn’t have to be told to do that..
