I wanted to take a moment to share how much we enjoyed our recent visit to Pho D Lite restaurant located in Lexington Park, Maryland. From start to finish, the experience was truly exceptional.
The food was outstanding—beautifully prepared, delicious, and clearly made with care.
We booked the private room to celebrate our friend special day. What made the event even more special, however, was the attention and hospitality we received from the manager himself. It meant a great deal that they personally checked on us and ensured everything was perfect. That level of attentiveness and genuine care does not go unnoticed.
It’s rare to experience service that feels both professional and sincerely welcoming, and we truly appreciated the effort made to make our visit memorable. Please extend our thanks to the manager and the entire team for a job very well done.
We’re already looking forward to coming back soon.

Craving for pho and this is the only Vietnamese restaurant nearby so I went to get food to go.
The front staff was attentive and took my order right away. This place has a full bar and dining area. I saw pictures of US Navy old pilot school graduates displayed on top of their fireplace. There was another guy who came in to pick-up his order. I sat on the couch to wait. This place has a distinctive odor. There were a few diners as well. I ordered their special pho, and fresh guai con or fresh rolls. It wasn’t bad at all. But some of the food on the menu isn’t authentic Vietnam’s food and I don’t care for those. Why not offer just authentic food and have a variety of those on the menu?

The food is fresh and really good! The sweet tea is not brewed tea is Nestea which is not great, so I would suggest adding real tea to the menu and maybe have the waitress wear a real uniform not jeans and t-shirt. The place seems clean and neat which I appreciate. I will return to try more dishes. I love the fresh shrimp spring rolls but I wish they had more sauce to choose from other than peanut sauce. Husband loves the egg rolls!

Had family come to town and wanted some vietnamese food. It would take too long to go to VA so we went to the only local place after hearing it was good. Let me tell you, it was anything but good.
We walked in with 6 people and were just pointed in a direction to grab a table. Instead of the side with tables big enough for six, we had to go where the small tables were and pull them together ourself. Then the host/server came with menus and silverware for five. We asked for one more and he said we have enough, which obviously we didn’t. Since we just sat down we didn’t know what we want yet so he left and didn’t come back. We had to finally go find him after 10 minutes waiting. We finally ordered and didn’t see him again until food was brought out. Once it came out and he asked if we needed anything, he left again while we ate and never returned to see if we need refills. Lot of us sat with empty glasses while eating until long after we finished.
When food came out, all the pho bowls were luke warm. Considering how long it took it should have been hot. Only one plate of pho fixings were brought and we had to ask for more for the others. Once we tried the pho it was just barely average tasting. Better than waldorf location but still not great.
The Thai shrimp curry really surprised me. The curry sauce was poured on top and not mixed so it didn’t look like much. After mixing it it seemed adequate but I would have liked a little more especially since the curry tasted good. There was a good amount of meat as well.
The Asian chicken salad was OK, but the chicken was burnt on the edges and was dry. Definitely disappointing in this. Couldn’t return it since waiter disappeared til everyone was long done.
Over all an extremely disappointing experience. Will suck it up amd make the drive to VA next time, even if it means waiting til next day.

The dish I ordered was. Yello curry, and I am not sure what the name of the vegetable they put on the side, but not a fan of it & wish they either had options to replace that particular vegetable or choose a different vegetable for the side.

The were super kind, great service. The Pho was not the most flavorful I have ever had… Did not taste very authentic…. I will definitely be back though. Really liked the place.

A friend and I went and were able to get some excellent recommendations from some very helpful staff. The two girls on staff that night were very passionate about the place one of them telling us how she had gone from patron to worker because she liked the place so much. I can relate because the food, atmosphere and customer service was so amazing I was a little sad we only found the spot on our last day there. I unfortunately only got pictures after we demolished our very delicious meal.
