Pho Buddy Restaurant – Zing My Order

afterwards I called to speak to a manager or owner, and received nothing but argumentative attitude from her as well.
I have been door dashing for years and never experienced anything so absurd while dashing.
This restaurant has been reported to both DoorDash and CSPD.
Edit: I am the dasher, I’m posting from my partner’s account because I don’t use Google mail. That’s beside the point. There were no employees in the front of the restaurant, I called out, nobody answered. The order was there and ready, and as dashers, we are on a clock. If your employees paid attention when people walked in, this wouldn’t have been an issue. It also could have/should been handled way better by your employee not immediately screaming at me.
Your employee put both himself, myself, and others in danger by reacting to the situation the way he did.
As was said on the phone, do better.
Got Pho to-go via delivery and it was delicious! I have gotten Pho delivered from several places and always come back here.
They give you the perfect bowl and nice disposable chopsticks. There’s enough meat and noodles, and getting extra is not too expensive.
Today they gave us free shrimp spring rolls too!
They are always kind and respectful here. Anytime I order to-go, the order is always correct. Thank you for making delicious food and Tai Tea
Pho was supposed to have really hot broth and they use the plastic bowl to serve dine-in people here, instead of using the normal bowls and have a dishwasher to wash them.
A highschool student can know that it is totally not good for your health, so why does a fine restaurant do it?
Vietnamese coffee that they serve is American coffee. The fresh spring rolls (goi cuon) were okay, the sause had too much hoisin sauce. The spring rolls (cha gio) were dígusting inside & way too oily. Pho is not good. The broth was tasted like they put too much water on it.
This was the first time my husband left almost a whole bowl of Pho while he always finish, eat both Pho and broth at other places.
Also see how much trash that they throw from a table after serving? Everything they use to server dine-in ppl is disposable stuffs.
I had live in Vietnam for 24 years, I know how Pho is and how to eat Pho. I had eatten Pho from 3 areas of Vietnam. We dont eat Pho/ Ramen/ noodle soup by this small-weak spoon. Go to Saigon Wings or Pho & Grill to have better service and foods! The portion is also way bigger than this place. This place has been taking too much advantage from their guetst.
I had been here 2 years ago and wasn’t coming back till Mother’s day, everywhere was too busy so we decided to go somewhere else close on the way and we stopped at this place (I didn’t realise that I had been there till we ordered)
The pho was hot and tasty, the meat was a little hard and leathery. I liked how I was able to add the different veggies and sauces as I wanted. A little pricey but it was good, if you want something fast and tasty I recommend coming here.
