We just moved to the area and have been looking for a new pho place. Well, we just found it! Just delicious!! Their broth is SO good. Noodles, veggies, everything, was perfect. Including their spring rolls!

I’ve visited all of the Pho restaurants in Littleton so you don’t have to.

Pho Bowlevard isn’t worth the visit – settled just outside the heart of downtown Littleton, it’s in a great spot for traffic but still finds itself empty on a Friday night.

The reason for that is, of course, because of its food – the menu reads like a corporatized asian fusion restaurant and offers sushi and wontons alongside the staple Pho, a combination that disregards most standard Vietnamese cuisine, and marks their beef and tripe combination as an “adventurer’s pho.”

Menu decisions aside, the Pho comes up to only being decent. The broth is rich, but lacks the depth of spice any real Pho has in an attempt to make it more appealing to most audiences. While not necessarily a bad thing, it pulls the restaurant even further away for being a recommendation.

Their regular sizes are other Pho restaurants’ smalls, and their large is other’s regulars, all at the premium cost.

By happenstance or courtesy of the chefs, the rice noodles were mushy and overcooked.

The layout of the store is geared entirely towards take-out and pick-up, and they collect payment upfront instead of after the meal.

Everything feels washed out and corporatized instead of legitimate, aimed entirely at online orders instead of a sit-down experience.

2/10, not the absolute worst you can get around town, but fairly close.

If you’re looking this place up for a visit, I’d instead point you towards Pho Real in the heart of downtown, or if you’re willing to make a short drive, head over to Pho 9 on Bowles.

Delicious meal for a rainy day, fresh ingredients, packaged up so nicely for pickup with no spills or messes. Not to mention the pho broth is MONEY! Friendly and helpful staff with a “fresh homemade” style
Definitely recommend pho boulevard any day of the week!

I ate here once two years ago and the Pho was so bad I waited two years to try it again out of simple desperation of wanting there to be a very close place with good quality Pho.

The Pho was consistent this time as last. The broth tastes like someone read a google review of a Pho place out in Kansas and tried to replicate the taste. It’s deep brown. It has an insane amount of oil floating on the top of the broth for some unknown reason.

The meat and noodles were fine but who would notice with the literal garbage broth?

Save yourself some money and drive at least 15 minutes away to get Pho as there are no good places within the area.

I’d love to speak to the owner and simply ask him to try his or her own Pho. Just try it.

The best Pho!!! Super clean broth. The best I’ve had in all of the Metro area. The owner really cares tremendously about her customers and the food. My husband and I drove down from Conifer just to eat here at least once a week. The staff and management are all very friendly and happy which shines through in each dish! You will not be disappointed. Amazing Pho! I order the Adventurers bowl and egg rolls.

Absolute best fried rice I’ve ever had!!
I’ve always ordered to go, and by the time I get home (20-30 minutes), it’s still piping hot every time. We always order the beef, chicken, and pork fried rice. There’s also the option to get a combination of your pick.
Chefs kiss every time!

Always a great place to grab a bite. I love the chicken and rice plate, it’s a simple dish you can some kind of chicken,(I’m not sure how they cook it looks kinda grilled) that is flavored great they must marinade the chicken and it comes with a side of rice, an imperial roll( I love these things it’s not an egg roll is very different but I love them with the sweet chilli sauce they have) the dish also comes with some veggies. This is one of my favorite places to go after work, it’s close to home, the lady at the counter is always so nice to me and the food hasn’t disappointed me ever. I strongly recommend people to come and enjoy the delicious food.

Quality dishes. Use wine in their dishes which alot of places skimp on. Delicious aromatic the combination was incredible I got the Mongolian beef and didn’t add anything it was perfect. Christmas eve was packed and the owners had all hands on deck insuring a delightful evening. I hope to visit again soon

The Pho broth is better than average for the Denver metro area. It’s very consistent and soul warming. I do wish there was some home made chili oil on the table but I love their broth. At least once a month restaurant for me.
