We discovered this little gem in St Catherines while visiting the Niagara on the lake region and its vignards. We loved the food, atmosphere and service so much that we went twice. We had the beef pho soup, tom yum soup, the spring rolls and the shrimp rolls. Everything was delicious. Best pho soul we ever had… Period. The restaurant is owned and operated by Hong and his wife. They were so attentive and funny. It’s evident that they are passionate and it shows in their food. Plenty of parking is available. The place is well known by locals so it’s often very busy. Strongly recommended. You’re missing out if you don’t visit.

Fantastic pho. I’m in the GTA and I have eaten at least 20-30 different pho places and this place def stands out. The portions are huge, the service is on point and the vibe is amazing.

It was our first time at the restaurant, and it couldn’t have been better. It was just the owners cooking and serving—no staff in sight—but they managed everything so effortlessly, making us feel right at home. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the flavors were so authentic, you could tell everything was made with care. We had the beef Pho, shrimp spring rolls, and chicken Thai curry rice, and every bite was a treat. Even the sauces—especially the Thai chili and peanut sauce—were outstanding. On a snowy day, a hot bowl of Pho was exactly what we needed.

The restaurant is clean, the food choice outshines other places, and it’s delicious! They make the biggest spring rolls we’ve had. Hong is kind, exceptional at service, and we enjoy chatting with him.

I recently had takeout and tried the vegan Pad Thai at Pho Bat Trang and it was delicious.
The dish featured puffy tofu and a variety of fresh vegetables. While the flavor profile was slightly different from traditional Pad Thai that I’ve had in the past, it was still incredibly tasty. I’d definitely order it again.
The owner was friendly and proud of his restaurant, and it’s easy to see why.

We didn’t know the restaurant closed at 7 PM, so we walked in at 6:45 PM. Despite this, the owner warmly welcomed us and did not turn us away.
The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The owner is very funny and caring. Overall, the restaurant is extremely clean. Although the wait time was a bit long, it was still worth the visit.

I haven’t had a tasty Pho soup like this in a long time.. That broth was so tasty and rich in flavor. The rare beef and the beef balls were delicious. I was looking at the other people sitting down and everyone seemed amazed by the portions and the quality of the food. The owner/server was so friendly and accommodating. He brought us hot water and a bowl to rinse out our spoons. I would definitely recommend this place..
