Very good food, my only complaint is how loosely the summer/spring rolls were wrapped which made them difficult to eat with the sauce. My burger was delicious! It took some time to be served but I think that was because we went to the bathroom after sitting down and they weren’t sure where we were sitting. Nice bar area and they have a jukebox. Would love to come back for karaoke night sometime!

Everything was fantastic! The staff were so friendly and the service was excellent. We had brisket pho, spring rolls, friend rice and a couple other things. Everything was delish! The fried rice was some of the best I’ve ever had. They also serve free hot tea with your meal. Will go back!

I have eaten pho many, many places….the wagyu pho at this place, is hands down THE BEST. the fried rice, SO GOOD. the summer rolls, yessss. korean wings…….amazing. service is always very friendly, food is consistently great. go!!

Just wow. I’ve been eating pho for over 20 years—from big city staples to hole-in-the-wall gems—and hands down, the best bowl I’ve ever had is right here in the heart of Annville, PA. Who would’ve thought?
The broth? Absolute perfection—rich, flavorful, piping hot, and so good I didn’t even touch the condiments. The beef melted in my mouth, and the flavor was spot on. My kids devoured their vermicelli bowls, my mother-in-law enjoyed the seafood pho, and my wife was super happy with her grilled pork plate. Everyone left full and satisfied!
But it’s not just about the food here. The place has an awesome, chill vibe. In the front, there’s a legit boba bar with tons of options, and in the back, a full-service bar with a cozy atmosphere. We came on a Wednesday, which happened to be karaoke night—and let me tell you, the crowd brought the energy! The singers were impressive and the place felt alive, kind of like a night out in the Philippines.
Shoutout to the staff too—our waitress, although new, was friendly, attentive, and already doing a fantastic job. And Jessica behind the bar made us feel right at home. Super warm and welcoming.
If you’re ever near Annville or just road-tripping through Pennsylvania, Pho Bar & Grill is a must-visit. Great food, great people, great vibe. We’ll definitely be coming back when we are near by.

Looking for a Cambodian restaurant and found out this little new restaurant. They are Asian fusion but so far the food is great and the service is super friendly. Mack, one of the owners is very attentive.
We ordered a few appetizers and 2 entrees. The Wagyu pho is quite different from Vietnamese one but the broth is quite rich.
Definitely come back.

Loved our first visit. Bang Bang Korean wings were amazing, beef carpaccio just ridiculously good, yummy pork dumplings, and the grilled pork/egg/rice bowl was fantastic! Our server “Mack” was quick, friendly, helpful, and just made the experience even better. Decor was inviting and our Sunday lunch time crowd was small and quiet, so no complaints about noise. Bathrooms worked okay but were a bit rough around the edges and in need of some TLC (broken/beat-up/rusty baseboard heater, poor lighting, grungy floors).

If you like bland Asian food, then man…this is the place for you. Do you like fried rice that has 0 flavor? This is the spot. Do you like the shrimp shells to still be on in your summer rolls? This is your spot. Do you like crab Rangoon but the crab is old and has turned? You’ll never guess what I’m gonna say. If you like over priced, bad Asian food combined with a dive bar, You’re gonna be happy here

The bar is absolutely amazing, the bartender Tyrone was fantastic. Helpful, have great suggestions and the food and drinks were amazing. I had my first Lychee Tea w/ some Tito’s to spice things up and it was perfect. Enjoyed the Korean Wings, Shrimp fried rice & chicken skewers. DELICIOUS, this place just opened and I can’t wait to come back weekly. Visit the bar!

I have been wanting to try this place now for weeks. Finally got to stop. And I must say this is my new favorite spot for boba. There is soo many different choices on boba. I even got a boba to go. I got honeydew milk tea with boba.
Their wings are amazing. They have the perfect crisp to them. Everything was perfect. I can’t wait to come back.
