Best Vietnamese restaurant ever. Always fast. Always fresh. She even remembered me after not seeing me for a year or so. Love your food. It brings me comfort when I’m stressed. Ate it non stop after my husband died cuz it was the only thing I could stand to put in my mouth. Thank you for your yummies!

Honestly the couple that run this place are so sweet. It feels like I’m being welcomed into their home and they just so happen to have dinner ready for me.

The PHO is the closest I’ve had to my friend’s mom’s home cooking! no one is better than Mrs. Bui’s but this is hands down my fave place.

Ordered skip the vermicelli bowl that I always get from all pho places, couldn’t believe how small the portion was! Don’t think I had even 3 pcs of lettuce or veggies, not to mention bland as hell. Never again

It’s a very simple restaurant with a small menu and no bells and whistles, but it’s a great place to go for an affordable vermicelli bowl or some soup. The staff was friendly and I’ll definitely be back.

My family and I recently visited **Pho Anh Sang** for the first time, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy, inviting atmosphere.

The star of the meal was, of course, their **Pho**—the broth was rich, aromatic, and full of depth, clearly simmered to perfection. The noodles were fresh, and the portions were generous, loaded with tender beef (or chicken, if you prefer). We also tried their **Vietnamese Spring Rolls**, which were crispy on the outside and packed with flavorful fillings.

The service was friendly and attentive, making our first visit feel welcoming. The restaurant itself was clean and had a charming, authentic vibe.

Located conveniently on **McKenny Ave**, Pho Anh Sang is a gem we’ll definitely return to. Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious, comforting Vietnamese cuisine!

What. The. Hell. We just ordered Two Pho’s and this place did not have much broth at all. This is half of what a normal serving should be. As a Viet I’m ashamed this restaurant is in business. Barely any soup.

This is a small little messy restaurant. It probably mostly does take-out orders. The pho was just hot salty water and a small portion. My wife said the washroom was dirty.

I won’t ever go back to this restaurant

It is run by an old Vietnamese couple and it looks really “authentic” Asian. (As in bright lights, dirty windows, clutter.

I was excited… I thought maybe I had finally found something Authentic in Saint Albert. It would have been a welcome change from all the fast food that dominates the landscape in Saint Albert.

Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the food.

I ordered the satay soup. Satay is typically a rich peanut sauce that originated in Indonesia. Usually the beef is grilled and on a skewer. I was expecting a soup with a rich aromatic flavor of peanuts and spice. But what I got appeared to be just a bowl of bland pho. It was just the typical noodles and some boiled shavings of beef. It wasn’t worth almost $17!

My child ordered the meatball soup which was really a small bowl for $7.40

I also ordered grilled beef on rice which was almost $16. The portion size was extremely small. It was perhaps 400 ml of cooked rice with perhaps 150 g of beef that didn’t even look grilled. It looked like they just fried it in a pan. There were a couple pieces of lettuce on the side. Really?? $16 for THIS?

Wow

Don’t go here

We literally had to drive over to the Costco and get a hotdog because we were still hungry.
