I think these guys could really have something good here. Unfortunately, cleanliness does not seem like a priority at this restaurant. Please clean your restaurant, walls, condiments, napkin holder etc. many items you didn’t have that were listed on your menu. Expensive for the quality and quantity. The crispy spring rolls were the best item I had.

You can’t beat this place. Best Pho I have ever had! They are going to have a breakthrough one of these days and supersede their small area. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Best Pho, best Thai Tea, best Egg rolls–it is super clean and broth is fantastic. You are missing out if you do not go here!

Clean location. Not really in the best part of town but that’s ok! You find the best food in the hood. As far as the food goes everything was very fresh, brought out in a timely manner. Had the beef pho with no tripe and a split order of spring rolls and egg rolls. Those were phenomenal! Pho broth was a on the salty side and meat balls were too dense. From what I normally have else where. I would go again since I’m on that side of town mostly.

My family and I went to this place for a quick meal after a long drive to stay at a nearby farm place. Everything was so bad that this place earns the title of the worst restaurant ever visited my entire life, ever! That’s a merit in itself and I was in a good humor the whole time as it will be quite memorable in the long run. This place belongs in Kitchen Nightmares in dire need of Gordon Ramsay’s advice on pretty much everything. The place was dirty, food was unbearable, I mean everything was just so wrong. The pho soup tasted like plain water + old fish sauce, (there is no concept of broth here) and the rice noodle tasted old and the texture was way off. I thought I would get sick if I ate any more after giving it two bites. I tried a second time just to make sure I wasn’t imagining. They would be better off just selling instant noodles here. The french fries was edible, but it looked like something you buy frozen, and the mini-size ketchup was old and brown. Still edible! Spring rolls were the best out of all that we ordered, but not something I would go back to. After them we just ate take outs from franchise restaurants such as Burger King and Taco Bell until we came back home. We couldn’t take any more chances in this town food-wise. What an experience of a lifetime, one that I don’t wish to encounter again though. Many lessons were learned through this experience. One being that the review volume means much more than the average review score.

By far the worst pho, spring roll and egg rolls I ever had. The pho taste like it came out of a box and soup was very salty. The spring roll and egg roll was not fresh. More importantly check the price, we checked out and the price on the menu was diffrent than what it was on the menu and by a lot.. I will never go and eat there again.

The menu is very simple to pick from but everything taste amazing! I had the shrimp stir-fry which I was suprised at the refreshing light taste. The fried rice was also amazing I believe it was glutinous rice which makes the taste more exquisite than regular rice! Tried the fried calamari and it was perfect in texture and taste . I look forward to coming back

Pho broth was a little darker than normal but overall food was good. Service can be improve but the owners are very nice. Glad to have a local spot that offers great SE Asian food. Keep up the good work!

Love this place! Finally something good in Tulare. The pho combo was great it has everything except beef tribe but it’s still good. Love their calamari and Thai tea. The Thai tea was a very reasonable price for a big size if you order and eat inside. The waitress was very nice and she had great customer service. Already went there twice and will later on. I recommend this place if you love pho, spring roll, egg roll and calamari. Great job Pho and Rice Plate.

The pho is delicious!!! We’ve also tried the chicken stir fry, the egg rolls and the fish filets and have been happy with every dish. This place is definitely a hidden gem you’ll want to see about.

We had two #3 combination (seafood, chicken & beef) pho, one #4 chicken pho, calamari rings, and shrimp chow mein. The pho had the best flavor I’ve ever had. If your in Tulare CA, give place a try. All food is excellent and reasonably priced.
