The staff is very nice you can see they put their heart into the area isn’t the nicest it’s a little rundown but the owner is very sweet but the food at least the pho is just not good I feel like they used cheap and fatty meat I couldn’t even finish it

First time here. It’s 6:15 pm. After reading the reviews I figured this place was good!! Boiiiii was i wrong!! I don’t know what these local folk think a buffet is!?!?. But this sure not it!! Flys landing and flying on the food. Barely nothing out! Employees standing around doing nothing!! Nobody is wiping around the food. Just looked horrible. Best part was the saled bar. Never again will I be returning or will I recommend this place!! Also you shouldn’t be asked if you want tip to leave your server?? If I paid with a card then I should know I’m going to have cash to tip! Negative 3 0s if I could!!

This is a plus to the Florence area. I visit my hometown often and love pho, now I have a place to get it when I’m there. They could use a little more wait staff, but other than that, it was a pleasant experience. The prices are affordable, and they have plenty of options to choose from. I loved the spring rolls.

The food was really good. I got the Pho Combination, an order of the wings, and spring rolls. Everything was yummy and good portion sizes. It came out relatively quick.

Genuine food! Cooked fresh to order!!! If you’re in a hurry may not be your best with the food being cooked to order but oh how the wait is worth it!!!! I got the number 24 which was like hibachi cooked at your table and my wife got the pho which was incredibly delicious.

We wanted some noodles with broth during our stay hence decided to visit Pho An. It was not busy on a Friday night however we had to head to the kitchen to place our order (we were sat down but was not given water or ask for our order). Ordered the Pho and Bun Bo Hue, we eat quite a lot of Vietnamese food so comparatively this was rather sad – there wasn’t much beef broth taste in its food and bun bo hue looked like one but did not taste like one. The ingredients in both seem to be exactly the same and it’s just the soup that is different. The portions are huge though so if you are hungry then it works for you. The beef slices are overall fine but the meatballs weren’t great.

I’ve traveled a lot and tasted Pho from many regions in US and Asia. I give a considerable amount of grace because it is Florence. However- I was not pleased at all.
The food is overpriced, quite salty for my liking , and the food all tasted the same – rolls and bowls had exact same ingredients.
