This is my second time going here and the food is absolutely amazing! This time I decided to treat myself to some crab rangoon and chicken wings. When I tell yall these were the BEST chicken wings I’ve ever had. You know how Keith Lee always praises chicken falling off the bone?? These were the bones after I got done eating. Not even fully through my first bite the meat was just falling off! I highly recommend yall coming to check them out!

I’ve been to Pho 999 many times in the past and usually enjoyed it, but this last visit left me very disappointed.
The limes that came with my pho were already turning brown.
When I asked for fresh ones, the staff brought me another plate of limes that were also discolored.
Instead of simply fixing the issue, they argued with me—first saying the limes turned brown because they were refrigerated, then later claiming it’s “not lime season.”
I keep limes at home in the refrigerator, and they don’t turn brown like that unless they’re old. Excuses like that are unacceptable, especially from a restaurant.
As a customer, I don’t expect to be argued with—I expect fresh ingredients and good service.
This experience made me lose confidence in how they handle food, and I’m honestly concerned about their food safety practices.
I won’t be coming back, and I feel compelled to make a formal complaint to the health department.

Rolls were amazing and the peanut sauce was tasty too!!! Noodles were good and chicken too, but chicken and veggies were soaked in greecy sauce, I wasn’t able to eat as I wanted to, cut my appetite. Would reorder the shrimp and pork rolls again and again!

Soup and noodles were well prepared. Beef slices were too thick and dry. My meatballs were only 2 slices and bland. The mango smoothie was so sweet it would send a diabetic too shock.

We went there on Friday about 1p. There was a lot of free parking. It was clean, bright and roomy.
I ordered the seafood pho and it came with the normal complimentary veggies. It was pretty good, but it needs more real seafood (too much artificial crab & fish balls)

Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 – A1) Spring roll is simple with just noodles, lettuce, grilled pork, and shrimp. No mint or any spices associated with it. The shrimp was quite chewy. The peanut sauce was warm and tasted different from what we’re used to as it’s a bit sweeter
P1) Combination pho (large) with rare steak, brisket, meatball, tendon, and tripe. Not enough tripe compared to the other protein. HUGE bowl
P7) Kid pho with brisket had a healthy serving of noodles but very little broth. The brisket was very dry but the broth was good
Ambience: 2/5 – the restaurant was dimly lit. It has a slight smell of disinfectant when you walk in. However, he started cleaning (7:50 PM with 9 closing time) while we’re eating so all we could smell was bleach after a few bites :((
Service: 5/5 – really strong accent so difficult to understand but he memorized the order without taking notes
Value for price: 3/5 – would recommend getting food to go so you don’t have to deal with the smell. Food was okay, nothing spectacular but hits the spot

Food had an awful smell. The sesame chicken was so tiny that they were mostly breading. The broccoli smelled sour and moldy along with the rice. Not sure how they’re still in business, but I think they need a visit from the health department. Waste of money.. it went straight to the trash.

Yummi food we order chicken pho, shrimp pho and spring rolls, never tasted vietnamese food before and I wasn’t disappointed, the food was delicious the staff were nice and gave us the food super fast also the place was very clean.
Definitely a place we will try to go back when we are in the area.

The service was exceptional. The pho was delicious. I ordered the medium sized bowl and it was more than enough food. The restaurant became a little busy during my visit. Everyone else seemed to receive quick service. The restaurant was very clean. I would recommend this pho restaurant, especially if you are in the Stapleton area.
