Went in at around 1:20 something pm with my daughter and we didn’t receive our food till 1:53 all I ordered was a cheeseburger a couple orders of jalapeño bites and her a 4 piece kids meal. Food was cold. And seen a few people who got their food before me and came in after me. Like what are we doing I love bk but this one needs revamped.

Daniel is the greatest manager! He was very attentive and respectful to us. We are very picky about our fish & with it being Lent, it meant a lot that Meagan took the time to cook our sandwiches.

Super slow. This is the third time they’ve made us wait for so long. Today they took 45 minutes to give us our kids’ order, and the order was incorrect. Rude people. A month ago we saw the skinny manager in the back smoking weed while working, and they hardly use gloves. We also found hair in our kids’ food.

Went around 3:50pm. I got a lovely amazing burger. I started eating it and it was going amazing, I love whoppers. But then something happened. “Uh oh”, I said to myself. “What the hell?” I say as I pull out multiple pieces of long hair. I ran to the sink and I almost puked. Is hair a new topping here?? Man Burger King must love serving their customers hair. Please make sure your food doesn’t have hair in it because this has happened to me plenty. I have had some decent experiences when I didn’t receive hair as a topping inside of my burger. At least season the hair.

We bought 2 steakhouse burger meals (large) thru the drive-thru. THE worst tea we’ve ever had!! Called and told them, the young man was very nice and offered to make it right, but it was too difficult to go back. Then I tried my burger. The bun was dry, so was my husband’s and our burgers had no sauce, which made them extra dry. The burger was good other than that and the French fries were good. Sorry.

Ordered at drive thru number 8 two chicken wraps, french fry and coke. Food ok, service slow, took 20 minutes, while casher complain to me, “its been a day already”. Everybody has a day and especially when you got to wait 20 minutes in a drive thru with no cars inline or in parking lot. All I want is a smile, happy clerk and a thank you, not all the other stuff.

Ive made multiple mobile orders at this location and each time I’ve had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for either 2 people in front of me or none. The wait never seems to to get shorter.
