Not bad but kind of pricey. Could go to Panda Express and get fried rice and 3 regular entrees for $11.70. However, I understand that local restaurants might not be able to afford to offer same prices as franchises.
Vietnamese Coffee was good, but cup was mostly filled with ice. Not much coffee in it. I know the point is for the ice and coffee to melt and mix together. But there was not that much coffee.

Wife had an Excellent bun Bo hue soup – great spices and broth . Just like the mother land for Quyen. I had general Tso’s chicken and fried rice with egg roll. Amazing deliciousness of the sauce and crispiness of the food . Definitely 5 stars – go check them out !

General tso sauce is delish but the chicken was overcooked and a little hard to chew. Their “Fried” rice isn’t really fried rice like what I’m used to. The gyoza and the wrapped shrimp were good! They have great lunch specials and it always smells great when I walk in! Made to order fresh food and the restaurant was relatively clean. The closest thing to good tasting American Chinese food you will get in this area!

Always prompt service, attentive without asking. Food always hits the spot with flavor, portion sizes, and value for the price. The dining area ambiance is sterile, plain, nothing of warmth to keep you there, so it’s an eat and move on sort of place. But still somewhere I’ll visit every time I’m in Navarre.

Amazing 10/10 would be back the pho was so big I loved it. The chicken was freshly breaded as well for the sweet and sour chicken not any of that overly breaded and fried stuff other places do.

My family has eaten here for years. We ordered 3 items: lg shrimp fried rice, sesame chicken, egg drop soup, cream cheese wontons. I can say this was the worst food we’ve ever gotten from Pho 99. The fried rice had an odd texture and had no flavor, the sesame chicken was sweeter than usual, The egg drop soup was inedible. My husband called back and they did not care that the food was not good or was different/not their standard, and that they had the same cook they’ve always had. Based on the food and lack of service tonight, I doubt I’ll be back!

While staying at a local Airbnb we asked our host for down restaurant suggestions and they suggested Pho 99. This place is a local winner! The building is not much to look at but the food overcomes any shortcoming in the building. We had some of the best cream cheese wontons. They were so crispy and perfectly fried they made for a perfect appetizer. Then came the main dish we had the Beef Pho and Shrimp Pho. Both of these dishes were cooked perfectly and were some of the best we had ever had. The egg rolls were a little smaller than we were used to but they had a great taste. The staff was friendly and patient with us. Considering its location right off the beach the prices were very reasonable.
