My daughter and grandson were just at the Maplecrest Little Ceasars and when they said they were using cash, the cashier said if they used a card it would be faster. Since when does the paying method have anything to do with how long it’ll be for an order, which is also suppose to be Hot n Ready? She didn’t want to use the card due to some auto drafts of bills coming up from her bank account and had the cash in hand. They did not make a purchase here. They wanted some food to take home and eat, so now, they’re at Taco Bell down the street. Loss of a sale. Doest make for good experience.
**Update** I decided to call this location to make sense of this, the “manager” said they had an issue with cash drawer, and that it would be a bit before they could do cash transactions. I informed him that although my grandson is a tall boy, looks much older than he is, he is only 13 and didn’t get the concept. Told this guy that Better Details would have been helpful and in the future, I suggest he give more clear details, if this were to happen again.
Telling a middle schoolers a card is faster than cash just didn’t make any common sense. My point, if you give a clear picture and communicate well, the misunderstandings will be minimal.

I’ve never really had an issue with this Little Caesars. It’s exactly what you see on the tin: it’s not the absolute highest quality, but it is cheap, and it’ll fill you up. Beyond that, the poor staff just always seems stressed beyond belief when I come in, and I’ve been going to this same place for at least a decade.
It’s not really the fault of this restaurant, but be warned that this parking lot is narrow and absolutely terrible, especially after 6pm when all the nearby gymnastics/dance studio stuff starts or let’s out. Heavens help you if you make the mistake of trying to pick up a pizza when a changing of the guard happens for one of the neighboring studios. Even when there isn’t one of those changes, the parking lot is super narrow, to the point it’s difficult to turn around or back up to leave.

Little ceasers Maplecrest in Fort Wayne, IN never answers their phone. I ordered delivery I got shorted my marinara sauce my stuffed pretzel crust looked like a regular stuffed crust it also looked like they had the pizza sideways. They never offer the pretzel crust with the cheese sauce like other stores they only offer it with marinara.

We ordered a half pepperoni, beef pizza with green peppers and onions. The pizza was delicious. Wait time was 30 minutes but that’s expected when you walk in and order. The young lady who took our order was patient, courteous, and very nice. She was knowledgeable about the menu and the cost of the items we selected. She has excellent customer service skills which gives this Little Caesars Pizza five Stars from me. Everything was Awesome!!

I have never been to this little Caesars till today and I probably won’t go back. The food was fine a little cold but I live 15min away that’s not on them. What is on them is the horrible treatment I got while there. I had an order for pick up in the portal, I didn’t notice the wind had caught the door by the time I was about to leave anyway but that’s when an employee had started yelling at me. He was very rude and just kept yelling even as I was trying to shut the door with completely full hands he was yelling at me. I won’t be back this man was rude and inconsiderate.

Stopped her with my kiddo to pick up some pizza. We got the hot and ready cheese and pepperoni with 3 different sauces. The total just peaked to $15, definitely the most affordable pizza in town by far.
The service was great, the man at the counter was helpful, friendly and courteous.
The pizzas were okay. They were good for the cost and I’ll say this, this was the best little Caesars pizza I’ve had before, however, it’s still not the best pizza out there. It leaves a lot to be desired.
Overall, good cost effective option for pizza.

Gave us burnt breadsticks for “free” after charging us for 2 pizzas we didnt order. They were caked in black dust from the oven they clearly didnt clean. Not to mention the pizza was caked in oil! Never have i ever gotten food from that location like that! Pizza was so thick! I love lil ceasars but i was so disappointed!! Please fix this!!

After the cashier tonight fought with me that I couldn’t have a cheese cup added to my order, I come home and this is what our pizza looks like. A giant hole in the pizza. I’ll skip trying to save on gas next time and drive across Fort Wayne to Raimondos.
