Ordered pho w/ steak, brisket, and meatball. The meatball was exactly that: one sad little meatball cut in half and floating in the broth. The steak looked like rejected deli roast beef and was almost inedible. At least the broth was decent, but along with the feeling that the person who took my order and gave me the food when I arrived couldn’t possibly care less whether they got my money or not I won’t be coming back here.

I’m first generation Vietnamese and I actually make pho regularly but when I get lazy and want it really quick I go here. It’s down the street from my place and it’s really good! If you’re looking for the best, there are others but no where near this area. Authentic, flavorful, and you can actually tell that they don’t take shortcuts.

I’ve also had Bun Bo Hue and Bo Kho and it’s sooooo good!

DO NOT GO HERE. You will essentially get robbed, read the other low reviews. They will overcharge and/or force you to tip. Coming from a viet person, the pho isn’t good. You’re better off going somewhere else unless you like bad food with bugs in them and getting overcharged for it 🙂

I don’t understand why this place is rated so high. The service sucked and the food was mediocre. There were a couple people working there but it took a while to come to our table. When we were ready to pay, a couple of workers were looking at us but ignoring us at the same time. Finally someone came out. Let me talk about food. The broth of pho did not have any flavor whatsoever. The shrimp they gave us were much smaller portions than the photo on the menu.
We also ordered Vietnamese coffee. We expected to get a drip with a cup on the bottom. It came out as a regular to-go cup. It was disappointing. And the price was higher than other places.
I will not go back there. There are plenty of places I can get much better food and service. I DO NOT recommend this place for anyone. One of the worst experiences.

A tasty spot off the beaten path.

I popped into this very unassuming place after being ignored at the Cambodian joint across the street. I was greeted promptly and ordered my food shortly there after. The tea was strong and hot. Love it!

My appetizer was a ground pork spring roll. The meat was an Asian salami of some sorts. It was good but lacked flavor overall. Perhaps a few more veggies to make it tastier?

The lemongrass chicken and rice plate was tasty. I asked for a fried egg added made the dish. The yolk on the rice was so comforting. The hot broth served on the side was delicious and nourishing.

Regardless of a few shortcomings I’d still revisit this place.

Been eating here almost daily for the last week or so and they never disappoint! The staff are kind and courteous, even with my poor attempts to pronounce in Vietnamese. I usually get the Pho gà and the broth is always consistent, aromatic, and delicious. I am thankful for how much their food warms my soul and keeps me healthy during this cold and flu season.

The Pho is a 5 Star but unfortunately my service was sub-par. I had to request basil and sprouts? Really? And they haven’t asked if I need anything else or came to the table to see if I’m good .. I’m keeping it 1000 as a Brotha- the only Brotha in the restaurant- I feel a bit invisible- sucks because they have a 5 star product but I feel like and for 15.75 the large is the smallest large I’ve ever had. Look at the pic in reference to the sale and pepper shaker.. I not saying they are racist or anything like that – I’m just saying I see others being cared for with a different level priority- Hope it’s different next time..

I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager… I’m genuine. If a place is bad I’ll say that, if it’s good I’ll say that, if it’s great then I’m happy happy!!!! Love the food here… if you are looking for a hangover cut the pho here will take care of that, if you are just looking for great Asian food this is the place!

Hands down our favorite place for Vietnamese food. We’re bummed that inflated food costs have forced them to drastically increase prices, but whenever we can go, we do. The food is consistently delicious, the service is quick and so friendly and accommodating, and we love that the restaurant feels lived in.

Some favorites are: beef pho-whatever meat is great, the broth is a winner here. The spring rolls. The vermicelli bowls. And my son could probably eat their chicken teriyaki every day for the rest of his life and never tire of it.

Oh. And they gave me tea while I waited for my takeout. How rad is that!?

Thanks Pho 99. I can’t wait until I can come back.

Nice place to go it was my first time trying Pho n but won’t be the last. I got the number 1 on the menu a small portion I was like a large. You put your own basil, bean sprouts, jalapeños, sauces to your liking.
