Came in after recovering from the flu. Asked for a medium pho with just flank steak and was delighted. Exactly what I needed. Generous portions of meat and the broth was so good, rich, and very authentic. Great place in the neighborhood if you need a pick me up.

This place was one of the best PHO places when it first opened about 8-10 years ago. However, it had consistently declined, in a number of ways, to our chagrin.
Like many others have mentioned, prices have increased, which is understandable in this economy. And they truly do have one of of the best broths available in our area.
That said, we ordered in for this evening, and a VERY standard order for my wife and myself. To say I was disappointed, would be an understatement. My wife always orders pho ga, and I get tai nam. Both very standard. I literally had 6 very thinly sliced pieces about 3/4-1” square of meat and my wife received about 5 ‘shreds’ of over boiled chicken breast. Add to that, we had a single bag of accoutrements (bean sprouts, basil, etc) for what I would consider maybe enough for a single dish. Let alone, no chopsticks/utensils.
Sure, it could have been a bad day, we all have those, along with staffing issues that the service industry is experiencing, but this is the third in a row for us and our neighbors with the same experience a few weeks ago, as well. We always try to buy local, close to home, etc, but this will be our last order here.
Buyer beware.

I ordered through Doordash, so I cannot speak for the service. Though not traditional I ordered the seafood pho, which was fantastic aside from the mussels which were just OK, not the most fresh. The papaya salad with shrimp was excellent but not spicy. I’ll definitely order their more traditional, beef pho soon. Price was good on the pho, the salad was a bit expensive.

Terrible.
The food is very average at best, and the portion sizes are laughable. I ordered a large steak pho and there were about 10 very thin slices of steak.
This place used to be good several years ago. We haven’t been back in some time and I was reminded why. Complete and total rip-off and horrible value for the price.

When this place is on point, their pho is very good. Check the clarity of the broth. This pic should tell how good this place is. Broth is not cloudy, not too oily. Noodles al dente but soften just enough after soaking in the broth. Meat wasnt too hard or too soft and just enough to balance the bowl. Im not one who loves too much meat or noodle, it overwhelms the pho. It should be balanced, and pho 97 did that for me today. Cam on

Used to be my favorite place for Pho and Spring Rolls! Prices have increased which understandable. However, the quality of the food has went downhill big time. Got a to go today and I got a soggy spring roll with spoiled lettuce inside the spring roll and underneath. The wontons tasted stale as well. Not worth $18 sorry..

Eat here at least once a week. Love the food love the staff. Family owned and operated i would recommend them for the best Pho spot within a 50 mile radius!

As many other reviews said the portions are absolutely ridiculous, surprised the owners were driving G-Wagons due to how much profit them must be making. Crazy that 8 slices of meat and 6 pieces of brisket are considered a large with extra noodle. The wontons were also basically empty and overcooked
