Drove from Missouri, saw a good review. Unfortunately, after 1 bite of the tofu summer roll, it tasted like welted lettuce, and I’m pretty sure I found a small little fruit fly in it… needless to say, even tho the rice looked good, I couldn’t eat it. Bummer… friendly service but wasted and didn’t eat the food after seeing the black spec with wings.

Fantastic place! It is really a lovely spot with the best pho I have had – even in NYC. I mean, I know there is a lot of pho out there in the world, but this place does it RIGHT! The broth is so perfectly flavored, rich but not oily, just perfect. And the bahn mi is excellent – great bread, and the pickled daikon and carrot inside – lovely – not too sweet, not to vinegary. Just right. And the spring rolls, super tasty as well. It is not a fancy place, and it does not pretend to be anything other than a restaurant that serves great food. We were lucky enough to meet the owner and she is truly a genuine and nice person. We got really lucky. And when we are back – we will return here!

Pho 85 offers, as far as I’m concerned, the best Vietnamese food I’ve found in Arkansas. I live in Little Rock in the center of the state and am loyal to a favorite Vietnamese place there, but I have to say that what Pho 85 offers is even better.

For one thing, their menu offers dishes with egg noodles, which are impossible to find at Vietnamese places in central Arkansas — unless I’m simply unaware of outlets that do offer egg noodles. In addition, the broths in the pho one of us offered and the egg noodle soup with barbecued pork the other offered were outstanding, delicately seasoned with star anise and cinnamon (I think) in the case of the pho, and a hint of lemon grass in the egg noodle soup.

Portions were enormous even for the smaller-sized soups we chose. My egg noodle soup was full of slices of roast pork (it would be a stretch to call them, as the menu does, barbecued pork). In addition to the plate of lime, sliced jalapeño, bean sprouts, and basil that came with my soup, it was topped with thinly sliced onions and sprinkles of pork cracklings. It was outstanding.

Service was fast, friendly, very polite, and the food came almost as soon as we’d place our order. Northwest Arkansas is fortunate to have a Vietnamese restaurant this good.

Followed them from Roger’s. Best pho I’ve had in NWA. My go to is PH1 and crab Rangoon’s. I recommend eating in. Always hits!

Very pleasant. The food, flat rice noodles were wonderful. Place was very clean, but I did not visit the bathroom. The music was a little loud, but it’s probably me. 90% of ppl would be fine.

Pho85 has an incredible vegan dish, which is unusual in this area. BTW – For $2 extra, you can get a much larger portion (even though regular size is fairly large too). Happy Easter from my favorite Bentonville Pho restaurant!

The food is great. I had some Pho when I started to feel a cold coming on. It was just what I needed to sooth my throat and warm me up. My stomach and body felt great, too, for the rest of the day. I love fried rice, so I’ll have to go back and try that, too.

After trying MANY Pho restaurants in the area, I finally found my favorite place, with authentic flavors, dishes, and amazing service!

We started with the pork egg rolls, crispy, flakey, and great flavor, I can’t say enough about these. They came 4 rolls to an order.

I wanted to try a different soup, so I tried the BB2 Bun Bo Hue Brisket. It had amazing, slow cooked, robust flavors, lots of beef, and veggies. This is a very traditional dish and an aquired taste. However, it had just a little too much fish sauce for me. I asked to switch it out with the Chicken Pho instead. The owners happily changed it without charge. Incredibly nice, given I ordered it, just wasn’t for me!

The chicken pho has the warm spice flavor, all white chicken and tons of it, the perfect amount of green onions and cilantro, as well as plenty of noodles. I always add extra veggies, including some broccoli, cabbage, and carrots.

The server was helpful, extra nice, and very welcoming. Overall, this locally owned Pho restaurant has everything you are looking for. You must stop in and try it if you love authentic Vietnamese food!

We went on a Saturday night and it was not too busy. The server was really nice. Its definitely a more casual place, but still nicely decorated. We tried the Bahn mi fries as an appetizer. They were super flavorful and exactly what you’d want if you think of loaded French fries with Vietnamese flavors. For main dishes we tried the bun bo hue, extra spicy, and a short rib special. The soup was really really good spicy soup with lots of meat and noodles, and the broth was really rich and flavorful. The short ribs had great flavor but maybe a little tougher than expected. All in all, food was awesome and we’ll go back again.
