Great Vietnamese food. Noodles made fresh. Spring rolls are awesome. Pho and Vermicelli were great. Vietnamese Coffee made proper. Slow dripped Cafe Du Monde and condensed milk.

Loved it! Highly recommend. I got the vermicelli and my daughter got the steak and brisket pho. Both were delicious. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Finished off with a Vietnamese coffee. it’s strong, but that’s how I like my coffee. It takes time because its not brewed in a pot but the expresso- like flavor and condensed milk combo=winner!! Definitely coming back!

This was an impromptu stop. My daughter and I walked in to get milk teas and the aromas enticed us to stay for food. The host was polite and funny, made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal, and answered every question I had. I ordered the House Special Vermicelli with Taro milk tea, my daughter had the Pork Tonkotsu Ramen with a Brown Sugar milk tea. The beverages were refreshing and delicious. The vermicelli bowl was huge! The veggies were freshly chopped, the meats seasoned and cooked to perfection. It is yummy on its own but even better with the provided fish sauce. I tried to finish it all but ended up taking half home to enjoy later. The ramen bowl was equally large and filled with ramen noodles, pork, naruto, sweet corn, bean sprouts and a soft boiled egg. The broth was rich and flavorful. For the portions you receive the price is more than fair. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and are so glad we stopped in, this is a place we will visit again. Wish I had taken pictures but when the food came to the table we were ready to dig in. Amazing place to go for authentic food!

My wife and I randomly stopped by while traveling down I40. The waiter/host was super friendly, the place was clean, and had a nice atmosphere. But the real standout – The Pho is incredible! It has thick, flavorful broth loaded with meat.
They weren’t able to source any bean sprouts and the music was a bit loud, but the flavor and generous portions easily made up for that.

My son and I ate here while visiting family. It was so good we came back and bought to go Ramen and the Vietnamese Vermicelli to take with us to Nashville. Peter was so friendly. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.
