The service is quick, the food is tasty, and the feeling after you get full is satisfying! I usually get veggie pho with beef broth, and while I wasn’t expecting squash, it was fine. The white onion on top surprised me—in the best way. Closes early, so get there on time!

I usually eat here when I’m hung over or want a quick treat.
But my last experience service was a little slow as they were super busy. The soup was not as tasty as it usually is. I had to go up n ask where my food was.
I was sitting waiting for about 35 min. While I saw folks get seated and served twice n one booth b4 I got my food. I wasn’t mad more disappointed. Then, I saw the service I received and the kind smiles n banter the other guests were getting.
I went to talk to the waiter who was obviously doing his best w the limited staff and busy lunch hour. The waitor punched in my order quickly, pretending that the kitchen was just backed up. I saw him do it as I asked, ” Didn’t I order a Pho chicken soup w my eggrolls?
The waitor then comes up to me after my meal finally comes out n whispers n my ear while pating me on my shoulder that the pho chicken takes the longest to cook. Just to let ya know. I thought he was coming to apologize for the slow service. Maybe offer to pay for the Pho.
Don’t forget that I frequent the restaurant a lot n know how long my order usually takes.
All in all, I left disappointed in the experience vowed to find a new Pho place. But I’ll be back.

Our favorite Pho restaurant, staff is really good and gives excellent service. The place is really clean and inviting. Price is reasonable
The wings used to be my favorite but it’s become a bit thicker in batter or flour that I didn’t find it flavorful like before, so it’s just ok now.
I like that they have vegetarian option such as The Tofu shaken, its my absolute favorite, it’s served in a sizzling plate! Pho soup #13 is really good. The house fried rice is typical of the pho restaurants.

“I’m a big fan of Pho 77 Rialto – the food is consistently delicious and the service is usually excellent. However, I’ve had issues with Mr. Vu’s service on multiple occasions. He’s refused to sell me a boba smoothie three times, claiming they don’t have it, only for another server to offer it to me without issue when I order it from them. I’ve also been denied extra requests without explanation. It’s disappointing because the rest of the staff, like Binh, are always friendly and accommodating. Hopefully, Mr. Vu can get some additional training on customer service. Overall, Pho 77 is a great spot, but a bit of improvement in this area would make it even better. “

Been there 3 times. Each time it gets better. I didn’t eat meat at the time and I asked for a recommendation and it was the most amazing dish without meat I’ve ever had. Hard to explain but it was like thick fried rice noodles piled up on top of a veggie medley with a deep rich sauce. Phenomenal. Can’t wait to go back now that I eat meat.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. While I genuinely liked the food, the service was incredibly unprofessional and rude. When I asked if the tea had caffeine, I was completely ignored—no one came back to answer, and I had to get up from the table more than once just to get someone’s attention. The staff never returned to check if we needed anything else, and their looks and attitude felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. It’s a shame, because the food was good, but it’s definitely not worth returning given how poorly we were treated.

They shorted me out on broth and I called to ask if there were any changes or why I’m getting half of what I used to get when I order udon soup. Was a waste of time to even call, they don’t know anything. Didn’t offer anything nor did they ask me to come back to show them. They’re service is already okay at best but the food was good. Now I’m just done with this spot.

We recently moved to the area. I’m an avid Pho restaurant customer and was in search of a great local Pho restaurant. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and quality of Pho 77. Service was excellent and with a smile. The Pho was very delicious and authentic. I definitely recommend this location. Only downside, they do not sell alcohol. Everyone knows Pho tastes best with a cold beer lol. I will definitely be a customer at this restaurant.

I have been coming here since they opened. The customer service seems to get worse & worse every time. This last visit was my final straw, i was very uncomfortable i wanted to walk out but stayed to finished my food. I will not be returning. The food is amazing but the men who are always out front are so rude & I given multiple chances. I now see i am not the only one. The girl was so nice & all smiles ! To the guys , it was very unprofessional talking about other customers in-front of customers your already being completely rude with. The guy who took my order walked away multiple times while i was ordering & was being so rude . He would roll his eyes every time he seen customers walk in & It’s disrespectful. I will not be coming back
