I haven’t been to a Carls Jr for quite some time due to the location near me being dirty and always with an unpleasant smell. I decided to try this location and was very impressed by the cleanliness of the store which made me comfortable in the store. The staff were very friendly and greeted me with smiles and greetings. I appreciate a business which goes the extra mile to insure the store is clean and inviting.

I really do wish Google would have some creativity with how granular you could be with your star rating. I think the 4 stars for any Carl’s Jr would be the ceiling. It just isn’t a 5 start capable chain and this location is a perfect match for the overall rating it has at the time of this review (3/2023 with 4.0 stars) so in principle a 4 star would be my rating, but, I’d give this one 4.25. An extra quarter star for the employee that was handing the drive-thru. Not only was she doing everything, took my order, took my payment, asked me if I needed any sauces, make my drink and gave me my food. And, all with a very pleasant disposition and demeanor. Professional, friendly and smiling. Good Job! Now the food. Meh. As with most Carl’s Jr/Hardees restaurants, it always has the potential to be good. Typically, when it’s not, it’s because of staffing or general management issues. Here I think they are getting it right but my burrito was just luke warm. My sandwich was hot so I suspect they microwaved my burrito early while they prepared the sandwich. Tater tots were also luke warm. All three food items tasted good and the coke mixture was excellent, almost as good as a normal McDonald’s coke. But I have to deduct that start for the semi cold burrito. That said, the pico they used inside it was fresh and overall the item was very good. If you dig Carl’s Jr. this is as good a location as any and I recommend it.

Juanita gave me a cup full of ice then added Powerade I said too much ice she then pour it in another cup and took half the ice out that point my drink is water down then gave me a chicken sandwich when I got all the way home the sandwich was super hot over cooked and inside wasn’t cook she then gave me my burger in my hand no bag I had to ask waste of money and gas

Stopped by around 3AM on Saturday (Feb 7) and tried to order through the drive-thru, but they told me they were closed.
I came because it says this location is open 24 hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Ended up wasting my time driving there.

I have loved Carl’s Jr since I was 6 years old. The vibes are cozy and chill and they have the best food I could ever imagine. Their fries are what hooked me up to this Establishment, and not to mention their Oreo Milkshake! Their staff are amazing, kind, and hard working and I wish them the utmost best. The burgers are the true stars of the place. Huge and delicious! I will always order at Carl’s. Jr!
