my family and i love this place. it is such a hidden gem. they serve some really authentic vietnamese dishes that reminds me of what i grew up with in my home. they also provide tea, which i love. the interior is also very fun and provides a nice setting. this time i got the pork chop pho and it always hits the spot leaving you feeling cozy and satisfied.

The atmosphere was decent, but the food quality and staff behavior were disappointing.
One of the dishes we received had a strong, unpleasant smell – frankly, it smelled like garbage. I politely asked to have it replaced. The staff agreed and allowed me to choose a different dish.
However, when the bill arrived, both dishes were included in the check – including the one we returned and did not eat at all.
When I asked why we were being charged for a dish that we neither consumed nor accepted, the staff responded by reading a policy statement and claimed that I should have asked questions before ordering. They refused to remove the item from the bill.
To clarify: when we arrived, we were simply handed an iPad with the menu and told to choose. No explanation of policies was provided, no clarification, nothing.
We refused to pay for the dish we did not eat. We paid for everything else.
Very disappointing service and extremely unprofessional handling of the situation.

I’m a huge fan of Pho 60’s Brooklyn location and was ecstatic when finding out about it’s opening in Staten Island. This location has private rooms WITH karaoke and has become my friend’s and family’s go to for intimate gatherings. The ambience/ decoration is stunning, the boss clearly did not hold back on making it gorgeous! The staff are bubbly and attentive. They recently added some new dishes which are flavorful and savory. There is also a large selection of fresh/live seafood which is rare find in Vietnamese restaurants, an absolute must try. If you’re looking for delicious classic Vietnamese cuisine , such as Bun Rieu and Bun Bo Hue , this is your go to. Recently, alcoholic beverages were added . Their cocktails are a great way to wind down while indulging in their mouth watering and extensive menu.

The host recommended the Short Rib with Black Pepper Sauce. While the presentation was appealing, I found the sauce a bit overpowering, masking the natural taste of the meat. Also, the price wasn’t mentioned upfront, so the $20 cost was a bit surprising.

PHO 60 might be known for its namesake pho, but the real hidden gem here is the Hainan Chicken. It’s absolutely worth the spotlight.
The chicken is poached to tender perfection—juicy, silky, and subtly seasoned. Paired with fragrant, savory chicken rice and their house-made ginger-scallion sauce, it’s comforting, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. The portion is generous, and the side of light broth brings everything together.

Stopped by here with my family for dinner. The restaurant is spacious and we were seated within 5 minutes.
The food was really good, they were nice portions and my parents and I loved what we got. I ordered the pho for myself and it was delicious. Loved the broth.

I am furious and beyond disgusted. I ordered pho from this restaurant today, sat down to eat it with my child, and halfway through the meal I discovered a FINGERNAIL floating in the soup. A fingernail.
I cannot express the level of shock and outrage I felt. This is not just poor quality — it is a complete and horrifying failure of basic hygiene and food safety. I trusted this place to serve something edible, not something that belongs in a trash can. The thought that I had been eating this — and had given it to my child — made me sick to my stomach.
How does something like this even happen? Does no one in this kitchen follow ANY sanitary procedures? This is absolutely unacceptable and honestly terrifying. I will never be ordering from here again and I strongly warn anyone who cares about cleanliness or their health to stay far, far away.

The service is very friendly and quick, where the ambiance is very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, which you can see in the video. The pork belly with egg was very tender and flavorful, with a delicate balance between its savoriness and sweetness without it being overpowering. The spring roll had a nice crunch and had flavorful bits of taro(?) which added a nice texture contrast. The hainanese chicken was very soft and smooth, pairing perfectly with its condiments. I definitely recommend the dark meat over the white meat, for I found the dark meat to be way juicier and flavorful than the white meat. Overall, Pho 60 has a nice variety of beverages and entrees, with unique selections like bone marrow and king crab! It was definitely a pleasant experience and we will come back one day soon to try their vast menu!

This may be our favorite Vietnamese spot on the Island, decor and atmosphere is warming and energetic at the same time. Food is really good no longer need to go to Brooklyn or Jersey. Pho was really good, also had spicy beef soup bun bo hue (fast becoming a favorite). Spring rolls delicious. Not a Vietnamese dish but a must try (mango chicken wings flats). They have the best beef cubes so far, better than china town and Brooklyn. Cant wait to go back and try other dishes

Paid a visit and was NOT disappointed. The food at PHO 60 is exactly what you expect it to be. When it comes to Pho, it is all about the broth, and it was excellent. We shared a table with other guests, and it was clear that they enjoyed their food. The menu selection was beautiful, and I plan to return to try other delicacies. The hosts and servers were super attentive. Be ready for a wait as the restaurant is full during the weekends. Lots of parking. They have two beautifully designed karaoke rooms. My overall experience was definitely 5 stars. I absolutely recommend this restaurant.
