I enjoy stopping here every once in a while for a delicious Pho soup. My favorite is Oax tail. Their Thai bubble tea is also very good. The service is friendly and the portions are pretty good.

Another great visit to Pho 57.
Food is fresh, portions are big.
Definitely worth a shot.
Debbie is amazing – able to answer any questions and I trust her recommendations when it comes to ordering.

Service is great – as always. I don’t come here every day, but our waitress remembered is and our preferences.
We were seated at “our” table….we felt like we’re in exclusive restaurant!
This time I’ve had pho with chicken.
Delicious as expected. Be aware – it has bone in and skin on.
I do consider it the best Vietnamese restaurant in the area

Nice Vietnamese restaurant located in former Arby’s.
Menu is limited but place just recently opened.
Food is great – authentic Vietnamese – confirmed by one if the waitresses this actually Vietnamese!
I definitely liked the laid neck atmosphere and attentive but not intrusive staff.
Definitely try Pho and ice cream – lemongrass (my favorite) and pomegranate!
You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve passed by here 100 times and always say I need to stop. Finally I did! This is probably the best Pho and spring rolls I have ever had anywhere. The service and friendliness of the staff was excellent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the ambiance. This is an old Arbys turned restaurant. But for a nice, casual dinner this totally fits the bill! I highly recommend. I can’t wait to go back and try more menu items.

Seated quickly, waitress got my drink right away, appetizer came fast, entrée was hot, made with love, fresh ingredients and taisted delicious!! Compliments to the Chef and my waitress Kelsey for her hard work.

Just tried this place for the first time. I didn’t eat in, but ordered online for pick up. I tried the spring rolls and the Bun Dac Biet 57. The online order went through easily and quickly. I was called less than 1 minute later and told they had run out of pork chops and asked about a substitute. The call was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions. It was close to closing when I went inside to pick up, so it was mostly empty. Everything was neat and clean, with all tables set and ready for customers. The front end person was friendly and the food was ready quickly. Most importantly, the food was delicious! And the portions were very large. Overall, this seems like a wonderful, fast casual place to get fantastic Vietnamese food. I can’t wait to explore their menu.

First visit to a restaurant with great potential. Will definitely be going back to eat in but this time we did take out. Ordered two B1. Plenty of food, good amount for the price. Egg role was very good. Vermicelli was nice and with the plentiful crisp salad and dressing was quite tasty. I hope the management respond to this and check all the reviews. Some can be helpful to improve perceptions of Pho. We will be checking that out on our next visit. We are a little confused as we feel we ate beef, no pork (except there was some item that might have been soft pork rind, we will ask about that on our next visit. On the second B1 it was wrapped in plastic, laid on top of the vermicelli)
The picture I am posting does not look like that on the online menu. That in itself is not a problem but the two tiny shrimp do not look like the big plump ones pictured online on a skewer with veggies. In fact the shrimp were not tasty at all, somewhat dried out. The management should check with Hunan Wok on 57 West as to where they get their magnificent shrimp.
The staff at Pho57 are wonderful, attentive and helpful. Concerned about my wait for take out but we were told 30 to 40 minutes when we ordered and it took only 25 minutes. All in all a very nice beginning to a welcome Vietnamese restaurant in this area. We wish them luck and we will be repeat customers as there are many items on the full menu I would like to try and as they ramp up from their limited starting menu to the full one, it will be pleasant to take the journey with them.

We went to this storefront this week but did not stay in the restaurant. We instead took out, bought beer and took out. WOW! This is not your ordinary HOAGIE – it’s full of chicken, veggies and the filling is delicious. Would definitely buy that again.

The old saying is you only get one chance to make a first impression and this place has failed epically on both times I have ordered from there. First off they offer two vegetarian options only which is fine and both times we were told that it’s a limited menu and did have the very complex ingredients of cabbage the first time around and this time it was they don’t really have fried rice, but they’ll make it. So apparently this is their idea of vegetable fried rice with tofu and they had the audacity to charge full price for this. Other complaint is that we ordered ahead so I pull up through the drive thru to pickup my order and no less than six employees basically stared at me through the window without even acknowledging me. Took about 5 minutes for someone to finally come to window and then couldn’t even get what was my order was straight. I advise you stay as far away from this place as possible as for just opening a month or so ago seems like they have made zero effort to make a decent impression with customers.
