We were pleasantly surprised at how delicious our bowls of pho tasted. The menu is very simple which i prefer. This location used to be called Ocean King restaurant.

We gave Pho 32 a try through word of mouth that they were new in town and was pretty good. Just letting you know, they have different prices if you’re paying by cash or card. As soon as you walk in, you can tell the restaurant is very clean and inviting. My wife orderd the short ribs with fresh fat noodles while I did the traditional thin noodles with a side of ox tail. The broth was light and a little sweeter compared to other Vietnamese pho broth but it was definitely on point. My ox tail was a little tough, maybe it needed to be cooked a little longer. But no complaints. My wife’s short rib with fresh noodles was the best choice in my opinion. The meat fell of the bone and the noodles tasted so fresh as if it was made to order. We are definitely coming back with the kids, because we know they’ll enjoy it as much as we did.

Pho 32 is a refreshing new addition to Stockton Boulevard, focusing solely on one thing: Pho—and they do it well. The broth is rich and flavorful, with that deep, sweet taste only a slow-simmered bone broth can bring. The cinnamon is a little overwhelmed compared to other herbs in the broth. I appreciated the clean, well-organized condiments and the thick bowls that keep your soup hot to the last bite. The option for fresh flat noodles is a great touch, and they offer complimentary water or tea. The interior is cozy with a nostalgic vibe, and the staff is surprisingly polite—something not always guaranteed in Vietnamese restaurants. They also give a small discount if you pay with cash. The only downside is the portion size—it’s noticeably smaller than other pho spots in the area. Still, if quality over quantity is your thing, Pho 32 is definitely worth a visit.

Pho was more delicious than expected. They only serve pho and offer a good handful of different options to choose from. Size is mediocre. Prices are reasonable. We got a couple of combo bowls with a side of short ribs. The establishment was impeccably clean and inviting. We will definitely go back.

Best new pho spot in Little Saigon. They got real pho noodles in their pho. All pho dishes have one size only and are reasonably priced. You can also get a discount for paying in cash.
There is plenty of seating and the restaurant has a modern feel to it. Also, the tables are clean and neat. They have quite a few large screen TVs streaming different items and some light music in the background. Overall, a good environment to enjoy pho with friends and family.
Highly recommended if you want to try some authentic and delicious pho!

Everything was great! Pho broth, fresh noodles…so flavorful. The owner Andy is also super awesome! Y’all need to go n give it a try! My favorite is always pho #16 with the giant ribs!

This is the worst pho I’ve ever tried, super dry and hard noodles, barely any meet as show on picture, I will never return to this place, and I hope that if you’re reading this dont go there either. I’ve was very hungry, and the disappointment of this pho place took my appetite away. Thats not how I imagined the food to be. Very disappointed

Today I chanced upon this location. I traveled from Carmichael to the South Sac to get Pho from another location. Turns out they were closed for the week, so I decided to try Pho 32- It was great! The broth was exceptional. The owner Andy and his family were very friendly. I will be back!

I was a little hesitant to come to this place that was new and had a great star rating, but glad I came! The pho here is quite exceptional – clean, aromatic broth with fresh ingredients and perfectly textured noodles. They serve only pho, and their specialization shows! I didn’t try their specialty pho with the bone rib but will come next time! I highly recommend their authentic hot tea (it came at the end) for a soothing finish after the rich, satisfying meal!
