Went to Chatters for a surprise birthday party for my wife. We had a great time. The staff did a amazing job at customer service! Our waitress stressed us by name and made us feel like family. I highly recommend Chatters.

We Usually never have a problem with Chatters, however, tonight was different. I’ll probably never order from them again. Some of the rudest employees who would rather argue and curse at you than own up to or fix a mistake. If they get some better employees, I might be back as the food is usually pretty good. But That kind of rudeness is completely inappropriate in the food/customer service industry. I’m very disappointed.

I’ve toured the country for 6 months now, this is my favorite bar in all of America right now. I don’t want to leave the next door KOA campground because I will miss chatters bar and grill. The owners, the bartenders, and the people I’ve met in here have turned into lifelong friends, I absolutely love this place. I feel more at home here than any of my home town bars back in Louisiana. I highly recommend
