This is a kinda new cuisine for me, but I liked trying it out from here. Also, got the mocha shake with coffee jelly, enjoyed it.
It was a beautiful calming day, so we chose to sit outside while waiting for our orders. surprisingly, the cashier/host came out with our packaged orders and delivered to our seating which was a totally unexpected surprise considering that he didn’t have to do that, but was much appreciated.
My choice of dish was the Beef Pho w/flank steak and brisk with added bean sprouts which I love. I also ordered from their menu a new addition called the Shrimp Grilled Banh-mi on a delicious bun roll and it was absolutely delicious. The shrimp were perfectly grilled with a buttery taste omg!
I definitely will return to this specific restaurant location whenever I’m in their area.
Thank you for a pleasant experience‼️ and KUDOS to this Pho 24 Atlantic Station.
We arrived close to noon and the place was not very busy. We had a short wait at the front, but once we were greeted we were seated quickly. We sat inside, but they do have a little outside seating area. We all reviewed the menu. One of my friends ordered the spring roll appetizer. Then we all ordered different versions of the Vermicelli. After a short wait, the main entrees arrived. My friend who ordered the appetizer had to remind the server that we never received the spring rolls. My friend actually said he thinks they brought the appetizer to another table. The server advised he would go check on the rolls and bring them out, which he did. So the appetizer arrived after the entrees. I ordered the grilled chicken Vermicelli. It was just OK and that was pretty much the consensus at the table, that the food was OK. Then we asked the server to split the whole check into 2 even tabs. Well, something got lost in translation, he added 2 meals to one bill and left the other one by itself. That was not how we wanted it broken up, but we just made it work. Overall, we just had an average experience on this visit.
***Edit: If I have a penny everytime I read 1-star Google reviews for this place and see a bad treatment complaint from a claimed Vietnamese, I would have 3 pennies. Which is not a lot but why would the restaurant discriminate against their own people?
I ordered the extra large bowl of soup. That was a mistake. It was enough for two people. The guy who was the front desk person and waiter was kind and kind of dry. The place has outdoor seating and indoor seating. It is very clean. I would come back if I were in the area.
I’ve included pictures so that you can see for yourself. Not a wow place but a very solid one.
