My girlfriend and I were looking for something to eat before shopping, and the menu here caught our attention. The man at the counter was clearly very proud of his food and very polite, he even checked on us while we were eating in the food court to see if we were enjoying ourselves, we were! I got the Mac and cheese burger which was phenomenal, and my girlfriend got a lamb gyro which she also says was fantastic. Great portion sizes too. The fries are also amazing. We will definitely be coming back.

The buffalo and poutine fries ate amazing! They come out ripping hot and crunchy, delicious fries.
I tried a bratwurst with grilled onions and sauerkraut today. It was way better than you’d expect from a mall kiosk. Perfectly charred onions, and yummy sauerkraut. The brat was also had a totally caramelized casing. The Polish dog is somehow even better than the brat!
The people who work here are always so nice and polite, and they actually care that you have a good experience.
Definitely worth checking this place out!

Today I ordered a barbecue chicken wrap with Doritos. I asked for no drink or no fries. I was still given a fries not only that but I asked for pickle in mine as well and no pickle…the person that was working there that day was very rude. I’m a regular at fry nation. I also work in the mall so I let him know that I needed a discount… And he said how do I know that you work here and I kind of looked at him like are you serious? I showed him my bag and everything of the proof that I work here and he was saying well I’ve never heard of that store. I don’t think you work here… It was very rude and then he wanted me to tip right after and he still messed up my order…
I spent more than I wanted to because I strictly said no fries. I just wanted to wrap. If I wanted the fries with the meal, I would say that straight up that’s why I got the Doritos instead. And then I barely got any chicken in my wrap either… I got a bunch of lettuce and four pieces of chicken in my wrap A little disappointed.

If I could give service a zero and atmosphere I would! Ordered food and had to ring the bell for service. Was told hold on I’ll be with you in one minute. Literally no one else around but my sister. A girl comes out and takes our order and she just was rude and snotty! Will add too that it’s kinda of inappropriate to wear tight leggings with a thong wedge up that you can see it!

Had a day off and wanted to have lunch with my kiddo who works at the mall. The lady was super nice and pleasant, pricing is descent, takes a bit to get your food however it came out hot and fresh so 100% the extra 5 minute wait compared to normal fast food places. Hamburger, fried and chicken tenders were all very good.

I got a rude encounter when I asked for 2 fives back for change. The cash drawer had 7-8 $5 in them but the cashier refused to give me 2 $5 bills for change. She said she needs them for customers. I’m a customer. Then she called me rude. Last time I go here.

Me and my girly went here on a mall trip together, and oh my gosh, this place is too good. All the food is so real and the cashier is so nice he liked my name .

My only complaint was that the cashier disappeared into the back a lot and they lost a few customer that weren’t sure if they were open. However my burger was huge, hot and fresh. My fries were crispy despite being covered in cheese. They don’t skimp on toppings. The portions are huge and it was very delicious.

We were greeted by the friendly owner after a brief wait while he was helping other customers that had come before us. He was super helpful and kind, and said he had two more locations across the state which we are eager to try!
