Phenomenal food, excellent service. All four dishes our group ordered were so good (drunken noodles, green coconut noodles, mei gala salad, steak and shrimp pho). Oolong tea was also very good.
Environment was clean and inviting. Our server, Tina, was kind and helpful. Would be happy to go back.

Love this place! Great food (never had a bad meal), great service, what’s not to love? The ONLY little thing that’s kind of disappointing is that they don’t have as many curries as they used to. This is the place that got me into making my own Thai coconut curry.

This is one of Sioux Falls best kept secrets. Food is AMAZING, great variety of dishes, food never disappoints! Ordering a dish extra spicy provides a nice spice, nothing crazy.

We were not sure what to expect when we arrived, but this has got to be one of the most underrated restaurants in the area. We brought some friends along who are really into Asian cuisine and they loved it. I was pleasantly shocked at just how good it all was.
If you want regular Thai or if you want regular pho, this is a place to get it. But I would say probably the most underrated item that I would highly recommend to people are the drunken noodles here. They were phenomenal.

Delicious! I regularly eat pho everywhere I travel and this place is fantastic! The broth was good the spring rolls so yummy and pho stellar! The service was excellent! They serve way more than just pho! I highly recommend this place and I will absolutely be back ! thank you so much Phnom Penh Restaurant!

The pad Thai wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. It was somewhat bitter. The noodles were good but they were broken and slightly mushy. Tofu was amazing. It was crispy and flavorful. Overall, the quality of the food was mediocre.

Honestly, I was quite disappointed with my meal. I got crispy noodles and the noodles were not crispy at all. The noodle dish comes with rice to make up for not having that many noodles. There was a good selection of vegetables with the fish which was positive. There was one waitress who doesn’t speak great English. I’m Chinese-Anerican, born and raised in the Midwest but have been exposed to a lot of Asian food from many different Asian cultures. I have found there are Asian restaurants that cater to American tastes and other restaurants that are truly authentic. I think this restaurant is the former.

We really enjoyed our dishes here. We got fried pot stickers and fries for appetizers. We had caramelized pork, Hawaiian pork, and two noodles dishes. The taste is mostly sweet. The staff were very friendly!!
