We were here the night of 2022 Winter ball. It took awhile to get our food, which they were very busy. Food tasted good, but server came back only once that night.
Update: today July 14th, my husband and I ate at Philly’s for lunch. I ordered the steak quesadillas, he ordered a cheeseburger and fries. I loved the fact they had 70s and 80s classic/yacht rock playing!!! There’s been a few decor updates. The food tasted great and the atmosphere was amazing.

Really good dining experience. We really loved the atmosphere and the food’s flavor.
The service was a bit slow, but it was a busy place and it isn’t fast food 🙂
The restaurant and the bathrooms were really clean and nice.
We look forward to going back and trying some other dishes.

My friend Zach & I went on Sept 29th, their last day open is tomorrow Sept 30th (2023)
I must say we are sad of it’s closing. We had Such a Lovely time this evening !! I’ve digestive disorder and they had wonderful food I could still eat. Rainbow trout, coleslaw and veggies..Yum! It was SO good!! I hope you enjoy your retirement you two!! Thank you so much for decades of wonderful dining experiences

We waited about 20 minutes to get seated. The server took our orders promptly, but it was close to 30 minutes before one of salads showed up. We waited another 15 minutes before the server brought the rest of our order. My wife stated that we were getting ready walk out if the food hadn’t finally shown up. The server was very apologetic and the assistant manager even came by twice to apologize for the slow service. The cost for the meal was about $82.00 counting the tip. The price for 2 kids meals was $6.99 each plus they charged $3.29 for 1large drink and 2 small drinks each for a total of $9.87. I just think that the prices were a little high considering the slow service. Even though the manager apologized for the poor service. I think he should have at least comped a percentage of the total bill to make up for the slow service. We have been going to Philly’s for years and never had a problem. But I feel they dropped the ball on this visit.
