So I spent 50 bucks here and they can’t seem to get the order right. I ordered 3 lemonade gyro plate no onions and American cheese 6 mozzarella sticks small frie and large steak nacho. The gyro had no cheese and onions the cook was rude and had a attitude the poor young lady at the window was being polite each time I returned. The cook comes to the window and says I can remake I can just put the cheese on it or remake it I respond just make it right. The cook then confiscate the plate which my son dumped his fries inside of the gyro plate. The young lady comes to the window with the gyro plate there are two pieces of cheese on each bread okay I pull off. Now my son says Mom my fries aren’t here I turn back around. Now I’m at the window explaining to the young lady that my son fries were inside of the gyro plate. I hear the cook coaching the young lady in what to say me. The young lady say well the cook remade the plate and says the fries comes in a separate container I understand that but when he confiscated the gyro plate my son fries were inside I even asked her to check after a few minutes of going back and forward I asked to speak to a manager of course no manager on duty. In the end we did get the fries but why the back and forth if they would have made the order right the first time neither of us would be upset. That was our first and last time ordering from this Baba

I’ve never eaten there but was going to until I read all The BABA restaurants reviews. OMG how is this place still in business. Bad food, bad service and unsanitary handling of food. I NEVER IN LIFE WILL EAT AT BABA. People when you experience these conditions. Call the Illinois health department asap especially if the business doesn’t properly respond to you. OMG long hair in his food

The menu have the majority of the items prices blacked out. I suppose they charge what they want whenever they chooses. The sandwich and fries were fresh and hot I must say.

My favorite location staff is fast and nice. Food is always fresh and delicious. The Philly jerk chicken sandwich is unmatched so good, with lots of flavor. I will recommend this babas over all the rest!

This is the nastiest Baba’s I’ve ever been to in my life. I ordered a gyro cheeseburger and they put so little gyro meat strips on it I can count them. The mild sauce literally tasted like NOTHING. It had no flavor whatsoever. They’re cutting the mild sauce so thin it’s completely flavorless. It tastes like they poured orange water on my fries and they fries had absolutely no salt on them. I will NEVER patronize this establishment again. The food is disgusting,. They either need Ilene cooks or shut it down. They’re stealing money from people with how disgusting this food is.

Sometimes you get cheated on your food I ordered a gyro plate and barely had enough meat for one pita. I should’ve gotten a gyro sandwich instead also ordered an Italian beef that was skimpy barely any meat. Sad to say it was good when it first opened but now not worth the money. Plus they can’t keep any employees.
