Always the best pretzels and have a great variety of dipping sauces such as cinnamon, mustard, and limited time offers like pumpkin and brownie dip. Absolutely love the yummy pumpkin dip and the brownie dip is good too, it’s not too powerful you can still taste the pretzel afterwards.

Their pretzels might be good but the young ladies that are working the counter on the weekends are very rude. They have no customer service training instead of being greeted. When I walked in the door I got told. What do you want right away and when? I was being rushed to get my order in. I asked the young lady why am I being rushed? She preceded to tell me because they are too busy as they laughed amongst each other. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. These young ladies don’t deserve a job where they are. They need to learn how to treat people

My first time here at the Philly pretzel factory. We got the cheese steak pretzel bites, frozen lemonade, frozen strawberry and a bag of pretzels. Everything was awesome especially the bites! I was an hour from home and my dog was thirsty. The very nice young lady even gave me a takeout container so I could give my dog some water. I highly recommend stopping here for some goodies!

Satisfied my craving. However, Pretzel was cold. Would have preferred it atleast warm.
And also a suggestion that they should start offering pretzels without salt for people like myself who have to avoid it. Other than that, I literally have to scrape all the salt off before eating. A bit of an inconvenience
