Absolutely horrible. We came about a month ago and sat for 30 minutes waiting for our food and drinks empty. We finally asked for refills about 10 minutes later and our waiter asked if we wanted them to go. ARE you KIDDInG me?! We hadn’t even got our food yet. Then the waiter runs in the kitchen and brings out cold food. Me and my boyfriend both wait tables as a living so we are VERY lenient when it comes to service. But this was just pitiful!!!! I asked for a manager and a young lady came out and I explained everything was cold and she just kind of blew it off. She took back the stake and cooked another one to go but it wasn’t even cooked all the way through. We basically ended up paying for a 50$ meal and didn’t get ANY food out of it. I should of just walked out but I am a Good Samaritan and paid anyway. The manager didn’t even offer to take care of the bill even though we didn’t eat any of the food! This place is beyond terrible and so disappointed in the management and staff. I will never return.

We were seated had to wait 20 minutes with 2 children before our waitress came over. Waited another 10- 15 for rolls and drinks which we had to ask for. Waitress was nice and said she was from another section. Food was ok but kids were done by time we got it and salad was frozen. Never going back.

First off, my husband and I went with our three children (ages 11, 12, 17). We had gift certificates and decided to give it a shot even after reading previous reviews. We were quickly seated and our server introduced herself and took drink orders. A few minutes later another server approached our table, introduced herself and asked for our drink orders. ? We asked for children’s menus when our drinks arrived. While waiting, another employee was pointing a remote at an outdated television hanging in the corner. A neighboring customer asked if he could turn on the game. The employee laughed and explained that the television doesn’t work, but for some reason it controls the channels on the television in the bar area. As soon as our menus arrived, the waitress asked if we were ready to order. No. We just received menus. We ordered the nacho appetizer as we scanned the over-stimulating and quite confusing menu. One of our five plates was dirty when placed on the table with rolls. The nachos literally tasted like Chef Boyardee canned meat and chili sauce. The cheese was microwaved on the top, creating a hard shell that made it impossible to eat. We decided not to order steaks because of previous reviews. Our children ordered chicken strips and a hamburger with mashed potatoes. The hamburger was served on the same roll that they bring to your table as an appetizer. The mashed potatoes were instant, and in my son’s own words, “taste dusty”. Yep. We all tasted them and agreed that they tasted dusty — instant potatoes that weren’t prepared properly. All three of our chicken dishes had chicken that was uniformly shaped. The rice pilaf was very much like the quick-cook rice pouches available at the grocery store. The only thing we were happy with was the sweet potato and salads. We will never, ever go back. My impression is that Logan’s Roadhouse is a cheap wanna-be Texas Roadhouse that fails in every aspect possible (expect the bill).

Ordered carryout and arrived to pick it up. I grabbed some peanuts and waited at the bar. The food came after a little bit of waiting and was good . They forgot the salads and I guess someone should have checked but the manager hooked me up and was nice about it. Ive been there before and ill definitely come back. And the peanuts are good too.

I too read the reviews, and still decided to go. After all we had been there before and had a good time. Took my wife there for Mother’s Day and by the end of the meal she was almost in tears. Too many problems to mention, when we did try to complain to the manager, he basically tried to bully us into submission rather than help. And he was twitching like he was on some kind of strange drugs.

This review is about the new Logan’s off Blankenbaker pkwy at I-64. There isn’t anywhere else to post a review. As soon as we were seated the fun started. They put so much crap on your table you can hardly see your date across the table. Then, the table rocked back and forth like a rocking chair, the waitress got some coasters, handed them to me and told me to fix it. Next, my gf’s steak was overdone???? I’ve heard of steaks being underdone but……then I have to eat my steak so it doesn’t get cold and my gf still has no steak. We also got charged for one of the sides that was supposed to be included with the meal.

I have eatten there a few times and over all I found the food to be under par in all areas. I ordered my steak medium and it always comes out well done to the point of being burnt. The side items are often cold and the coffee us aweful. Having said that the wait staff is friendly and helpful. They have to be the only good part about the restraunt. I am not sure if locations other then shelbyville rd are better but this one is at the bottom of my list for places to go back to.

I spend 280 days a year on the road. I love a good steakhouse and when it come to the bang for the buck this place is perfect. I’ve been in town for 4 days, had dinner here 3 of those for days and couldn’t be happier. Service was great, food was perfect.

Restaurant was clean lots of tables but booths are a little small for us big guys and some of the tables are a little cramped. They have bar area and a window where you can watch the cooks grill. Free bread and butter holds you over till food gets there.
