I’m from Philly so having a little taste of home was what I was looking for. I’ve been here twice, both times I was disappointed with the food.
The first time I ordered cream chipped beef. The meal was a bit sweet. When I think of cream chipped beef, I think of a warm creamy deliciousness with salt and pepper not something sweet. I wanted scrapple but they didn’t have it that day.
This last time, I called beforehand to see if they had scrapple. Yes, now I get to taste a little bit of home now. Hopped in my car and to the diner I went. This time no rye bread. Fine I get to have scrapple – I was so excited. Only to receive cold eggs and a rectangular piece of mush… it wasn’t crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside – it was just mushy. What a disappointment! The potatoes were delicious though.
The service was great. I can’t complain about that but I won’t be back again.

This is a really rare place to find. It’s a one of a kind. They were out of two key menu items when we were there Wednesday for lunch. It happens. The Philly steak sandwich was excellent. Very good wings and onion rings too. I also had a special treat, chili and cheese covered fries.
I can’t wait to try more things the next time I’m in town.

The local is pretty dirty, you can see the walls with the black hand’s prints on the white wall and Ketchup. We ordered 3 plates, they needed 40 minutes to serve it (the restaurant weren’t full, only 3 tables with a few people). When arrived the food don’t had a good presentation or even smell or flavor at all, as you can see, is the flavor, horrible. The staff talked over your conversation, they got a mistake even with the bill. My husband had tummy issues all night after ate here.
This is a restaurant that I don’t understand how still open and I don’t recommend it at all.

The best Philly cheese steaks I have ever eaten. The parking lot leaves a lot to be desired and it’s not the prettiest place, but the staff is terrific and the food is so good it’s easy to overlook Fox News on the tv, and the owner has removed the almost life-sized cutouts of Trump and DeSantis, so it makes the food more palatable. Lol.

My wife is from PA, and we enjoy breakfast here almost weekly. She loves scrapple, and I frequently get the Clint Eastwood platter, and the Rocky Balboa platters are fun to try. We always enjoy the food, and the service staff is great! We love the Philly Diner!

The food was good and well prepared, however, the overall dining experience was disappointing. There was a long wait for our food to be brought to the table – restaurant was modernly busy, and the service from the waitstaff was noticeably negative and unwelcoming. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable due to the rudeness we experienced, which took away from what could have been an enjoyable meal. Additionally we observed a waitress excessively coughing while handling food and did not notice any hand washing; she just continued working in the dining area, which was concerning and made us feel grossed out by it . Unfortunately due to the rudeness, from multiple different employees, the concerns regarding the hygiene, this is not a place we would return or ever recommend to anyone.

The service was super friendly but a little off on seating and paying. If you are going for diner food it is right on point. We’ll seasoned and tasty and good value. Overall ok atmosphere could be a little cleaner. Will definitely go again.

We drive 30 minutes out of our way past multiple restaurants to support local business.
We ordered 2 steak and fries and waited over 30 mins and seeing patrons who arrived after us being served.
We couldn’t wait any longer and went to the register to get it to go only to find out our order was never put it.

Food is good, but the staff are unfriendly to the point of being rude, snappy, and snide. I’ve ordered to go from them twice this week and got the same treatment both times. Although their food is good, I won’t be back.
